I went through self checkout and felt profiled. The woman working asked to look in my backpack which I understood. However, she then came back and asked to look in it a second time despite already looking inside. I was trying to figure out how to use my red card and she came to “help”. During this time she kept staring in my basket as if she didn’t believe I rang everything up. Worst customer service and self checkout experience ever!

Speedy service and very friendly employees. I highly recommend them. The store is well organized and easy to navigate. Pleasant experience every visit.

Wal-Mart's very slightly upscale competitor. Went for Christmas wrapping paper. Phone app makes navigation and paying easier than some other extremely big box stores.

Always a great and easy experience to return items when you change your mind. I was in and out in under 5 minutes and it was the lunch hour!

Great store unless your physically disabled and want to use the store "supplied" mobility aid (electric carts).

This is a nice Target. They keep things clean throughout the store. We rarely have any problems finding what we are looking for when we go there.

Always enjoy my visit to Target. I frequently use the drive up and I’m always pleased with that experience.

The aisles were filthy and torn up. The bathrooms were dirty and outdated. This place is in worse condition than my local Walmart. At least have some employees pick up/ clean up.

I'm not understanding how you show something on your website that suppose to be available at your store even offers 2hr pick up but the item is no where in the store but yet you give me some lame excuse that it could mean that it's on its way to the store then WHY show its available and on 1 left if it's not in the Store Please Make it Make sense to me that seems like false advertising No one working in that store had a clue as to were anything was at like you just hired everybody TODAY! I was racially profiled at Target Saturday April 9th, 2022. I was in the self check out line buying shoes. It was very busy and I was at the very end of the registers. The target guy over seeing it, walked through the crowd of people checking out and stopped me. He asked me to open my shoe box, and said he had to do this to everyone. And I said “ok, well then why didnt you ask me to show my receipt to see the items I did buy? ” And he just stared at me and said have a good day. I looked around and I was the only person of color throughout the whole self check out area. I stood to side to wait for my boyfriend, and I saw another white lady with a shoe box checking out. He greeted her, and didn’t ask her to open her shoe box.

Yesterday my husband and I went to the Consumer Cellular area at the Target in the Coralville mall to add me to my husband's account and to switch my phone from Tracphone. We couldn't do this in the Quad Cities because no one is working at either Target. We were helped by an associate named Blaine. He spent two and a half hours helping us. His customer service abilities were phenomenal. He was helpful, patient and kind. We were so thankful for his help!

I frequent this place more recently in the past few months than ever before. I have never had a bad experience here. Even when it is busy. Every time I go through self check out the employees namely one very attentive and friendly employee is on top of his game. A few weeks ago I went in and the cashier was closing her lane and a manager came straight over and took me to a new lane a promptly checked me out. A few days ago I went in and the line for customer service was super long but I could see the employees behind the counter were working really hard and they even had an employee communicating with the employees in line to see what it was they were going to need and the line moved along very quickly. I went to Starbucks there the same day and there was the sweet young lady behind the counter by herself and she was in top of her game too. She had a system in place and was moving and grooving. She would take 2 orders at a time and make them then cashier and so on and so forth and she kept the like 5-10 people at a time moving. The service here out ways anywhere else you go in the area even when it’s busy I’d rather go here because you can tell the employees are treated well and enjoy their jobs.

I was able to order my G baby birthday gifts from another state and her Mother was able to pick up the order. Love it

Unwelcome to disabled people.
ALL wheelchairs are completely blocked off by carts with no room to squeeze through. The ONLY way was to have my friend climb on top of the carts to get to it. Nobody helped us.

I left my wallet at the checkout counter. Didn’t realize it till I was home 65 miles away. Called them up and it was in lost and found. Picked it up at the courtesy counter the next morning and Addison made sure I checked for anything missing before I left. Fantastic service and relief!

Target's employees are very nice and very helpful the store was pretty crowded so I wore a mask there were plenty of people in there without a mask

The gentleman that checked us out was very friendly, not too chatty but seemed genuine to carry on a conversation. Very refreshing as the young kids working today don't really take the time to ask questions about out shopping experience or just friendly in general.

The ease of shopping & helpful team members. I forgot my red card & they showed me how to pay through my app to get my discount!
