Target Optical, Cedar Rapids IA

I ordered glasses 2 months ago and I still don't have a usable pair of glasses to wear. While the manager seems knowledgeable about glasses, the pupil point on the lenses keeps being ground in the wrong spot. The last time I talked to them, they said they would order new lenses. That was over a month ago. Now they won't return my calls. While they say that there's a 90 day return policy, I made the mistake of buying at the end of the year, so I won't be able to use the flex spending money I set aside last year to buy my glasses. Don't buy from them unless you have a simple prescription because they don't stand behind their work.

I was long overdue for new glasses and I've happily gone to Target Optical on Edgewood Rd for years - but today was an especially fantastic experience. I had 5 pairs picked out and was feeling so indecisive, when the store manager Steve stepped in to help. He quickly and expertly helped me narrow down my choices to the perfect pair, and he was SO kind, helpful and pleasant.
