Really good all around. I've been pleased with the food and service every time we've been for a decent steak!

Well I haven't been to this restaurant probably for 9 years. And I got their steak and it was excellent it was great it was everything that it said it was in this description on the menu. Our waiter was excellent!

Have been sitting for 45 minutes and after 4 baskets of bread no food poor service ready to leave and still no food what the heck

I try not to be a "Karen" but this visit was disappointing. I will say the customer service was excellent. The server and manager did all they could to make things right. That being said, my husband and I ordered sirloins, medium rare. His was 8oz, mine was 6oz. His came out perfect; mine was closer to medium well. My baked sweet potato was good, as was the cactus blossom, and hubby's order was fantastic too. But besides my steak being overcooked, my corn tasted like it was soaked in brine and then topped with salt. I had a similar experience at the Urbandale location, as well. Despite the customer service being as good as it was, I don't think we will be back for a while.

We come here every year for our wedding anniversary well yesterday was our anniversary and the food wasn't good at all. After they took our order they came back to tell my wife they were out of pulled pork which was the only thing that she really wanted and I got the steak and shrimp my steak was supposed to be medium but it came out rare and my shrimp was cold so I said something about the steak but I didn't realize the shrimp was cold tell they took the steak back so i didn't say anything about the shrimp i just sucked it up and eat it anyway so they took the steak back. When they brought it back it was medium but had no flavor. The waiter was awesome so I still left a good tip but we will probably never go back there again we were pretty disappointed in the food.

Called an hour before, showed up for 40 minutes and had to cancel order because I still havnt been helped and wasted my lunch break

I wouldn’t normally leave a rating like this but after the 2nd visit where I asked for horseradish for a prime rib order and didn’t get it, this is ridiculous. I guess I’ll have to start checking my order, the same way I do McDonald’s before I leave! I have gotten this meal for my sister with cancer, 2 times, to get to her house and it’s not included! Is it seriously that hard of a request? She lives in another town so turning around isn’t an option! Thanks a lot Texas Roadhouse, maybe next time you’ll get it right!

Customer Service was top-notch, free peanuts and bread. A cozy place to eat at and also offer delicious food at very competitive prices.

We got there for lunch at 1 and were seated promptly. Great good, friendly staff & freshly cleaned bathrooms! Plenty of people there but the lunch crowd wasn't boisterous. Easy to have a normal conversation during our lunch date.

Asked for a booth for 5. Was lead to a table with a chair on the end.asked for a booth. Waited 15 mins then lead to the same table with a chair on the end. Then walked back to front. Server was friendly, food was good. Girl behind the bar was finger combing her hair.

Great food, great service, waitress was excellent and attentive. Regular Coke tasted like DrPepper even after it was switched. So me personally, better just get beer.: D as long as you have a sober driver, that is!

Food was great, our server was excellent even on an extremely busy night! We had steaks and they were cooked perfectly and my signature margarita was delish!

Food is always good, staff is generally good, prices are decent. Place is always too loud. They could do without most of the TVs they have.

Steaks are usually cooked to perfection. And the wait staff is usually well trained. Overall it's a great place to take the family.

Awesome place. Food is tasty and reasonably priced. Staff friendly and efficient. Manager is a great guy who really cares about giving his customers the best possible experience.

Asked for my steak to be cooked rare, with a cool red center. It was medium burns, with a slight pink. Very disappointing.

The rolls and butter are a magical experience for your tastebuds. I got a steak which was cooked to perfection and the sides were also very good. I wish there was a little bit more variety on the menu. Great service and environment!

New waitress waited on us and was very pleasant. One of our orders was overcooked, but the manager came out and took care of it immediately by taking it off of our bill and had another cooked up so we could take it home. Also gave us extra bread and butter to take home.

Portion of steak was all gristle.burned bacon pieces in the green beans. & when we brought these to the servers attention, nothing done.

The bread was overcooked and hard. They were out of prime rib at 6: 30pm, my husband's ribeye steak was super thin, and then they didn't have any clean spoons for chili. We will say, however, the medium-rare cook on the steak was perfect, especially considering how thin it was.
