I received a quote to clean my home after visiting with Jenna. The quote was $180 plus $35 to vacuum and mop my unfinished basement floor.

Needing the extra help as I recently broke my foot, I proceeded to book the service.

5 people ended up coming into my house. Two of the women just walked in, not ringing the doorbell or knocking, did not remove shoes, did not wash baseboards as requested and agreed to, did not vacuum any of upholstery on furniture, did not vacuum areas of basement, did not make beds properly with provided clean sheet sets, did not take out trash as requested twice. What in the heck do they think cleaning a home is?

Jenna joked with me when she was at my home to estimate the job and said, “gee, I hope we can clean it cleaner than it is now. ”

The answer is no, no they cannot! Even the kitchen faucet was not polished with the product I set out and the hardwood floors were not mopped properly.

Safe your money, time, and frustration. I have hired and retained reputable and professional women that have provided top quality services in LA, Chicago, and Dallas. This company does not even do the basics. The vacuum they brought in to do the basement broke and the young gal commented that their equipment is cheap.

I hired The Cleaning Authority for monthly house cleaning services for my 6-bedroom home, excluding 1 bathroom and 4 bedrooms. While they made an effort to provide comprehensive cleaning services, there have been consistent areas of oversight. Specifically, they have not yet managed to clean all the baseboards and kitchen cabinets to my satisfaction. Today, they asked if I wanted to have the refrigerator and oven cleaned. I said yes. They did this for me at the first visit, and I don't mind paying a little extra for extra services. However, I was told that I would need to remove all of the contents before they would clean it. I found this shocking as they did not ask me to do this the first time. After initially quoting me for cleaning 3 bathrooms, they recently increased the amount, stating that they had forgotten to include the third bathroom in the initial estimate. On a few occasions, I overheard the cleaning staff discussing our personal possessions as well as conversations about other homes they clean. This struck me as unprofessional and raised concerns about privacy. While The Cleaning Authority has potential, their attention to detail and professionalism during their visits has been lacking. I would hope to see improvements in these areas if I were to continue using their services. I'd appreciate a more thorough cleaning of the baseboards and kitchen cabinets, and I hope the team can maintain a more professional demeanor during their cleaning sessions.

Jenna and Camr-in did a wonderful job this morning. I’ve been using this company for a while now, and have never been disappointed with their work.

I found that the lead cleaning person was extremely knowledgeable. She offered oversight of the crew. And she pledged to work towards establishing original pattern of cleaning over times ahead.

I was gone when they arrived but they were already tackling the different parts of the routine when I arrived. It’s nice to have an experienced team taking care of our home. Thank you, ladies! P & L

Cleaning Authority has consistently been professional and kind and effective in their work. We love them. Sherry very kindly brought in our eggs on the front porch two weeks ago (Thank you Sherry!
