Teressa was amazing. Took time to answer every question my daughter and I had. Took the time to show us around the complex and the apartments. Help gets us all the information we needed to fill out the application.

If I could give Zero Stars, I would. I've had so many problems since living here. I am technically low income but was able to get myself into the property when I had a higher paying job. I've lived in a couple different buildings and visited friends in others. All the buildings are the same, remodeled but shoddy craftsmanship. It's your classic slum that looks nice & they keep up the facade of the place. The only staff that does a good job are the ones who come from out of state. BH Management is not a good company to rent from. They only care about money and you can basically get away with murder as long as you're paying your rent. If you're someone who is struggling with life in any way, the Flats is not going to be compassionate or helpful & it's best to avoid BH Management altogether.

It’s a cool place to live as long as long as u stay to urself. Everything thing around u is convenient stores and all good stuff.

Had a problem with an appliance, they came and fixed the problem, simple as that no fuss no headaches. Super nice and professional

I just moved in about 2 weeks ago and was having issues with getting an appliance to work. (It was an easy fix)

The response time I experienced was amazing, took less than 1 business day.

I had the pleasure of meeting Aaron who was not only very professional, he was helpful as well. Guiding me on what to do if this were to ever happen again. (Again, it was an easy fix)

They only want your money. Not to mention the good reviews are here partially because of bribes, winning something to leave a review when youve only been with them for a month or two, not enough time to get over the honeymoon period.
There are so many charges when you move in, fees for EVERYTHING, so what you are quoted for rent, add about 150 to that in fees and bam your rent for the month, it doesn't matter if you don't use the service there is still a fee, and if and when you renew, expect your fees to go up. They always find a way to add new fees or to raise them. That's why people from what I've seen, stay here two years MAX. The amneties are nice, when they are in working order which is 85 percent of the time but, your key fob is almost not needed because they usually don't have the doors activated, you wanna go to the gym, sure but your not secure in there at night because the door no longer stays locked. Not to mention they do nothing about rude neighbors. Laundry prices were recently raised and those doors don't lock either. The only good things are the clean grounds (outside) and the fact that they will fix things, sometimes they take a while but they get done, halfway sometimes but done. Short term stay here.

The tour was very well and organized. Our tour guide did very well showing us around with our options. She was so kinda and had good patience with our questions

If you have money to burn live here! My son had a short term lease at the Flats over the summer. He left the apartment just as he found it. We put down the deposit and we’re told it would be no problem to get it back. At the time of signing his lease he told the leasing agent the date he would be moving out because it was prior to the lease ending. There was no mention of giving a 30 day notice prior to moving out. Once he was made aware of this he filled out the form which was 12 days shy of 30 days. Because of this they felt the need to take $750.00, not pro rating it to fulfill their money grab. In addition when trying to contact them to resolve this I received 1 call back and after that they refuse to contact us. Beware renters they will find a way to keep every dime they can get their hands on.

They have charges that doesn't make any sense, like $25 valet living which basically they pick up the garbage from your apartment door

I have had a good experience living here at The Flats. All concerns have been addressed quickly in a friendly manner

I don't know why the Flats itself is getting such an awful review. I moved here back in January and have been very pleased with everything about the Flats. The amenities are nice, the staff is nice. My boyfriend and I when we decided to move in together chose to stay at The Flats because it was so much cheaper than a lot of the places we had looked at nor could we afford. The staff is such a friendly environment and has been nothing but kind. I think this place is worthwhile to stay. Thank you for all you do.:)

I love the Flats! The staff is great to work with. Any issues I have ever experienced, which is rare, I have contacted Sierra directly and she has been SO helpful. If you are looking for a new place to call home, you have found it!

Like staying here, neighbors are pretty friendly and stay in their lane, the square feet is a bit small for the price they asking for, maintenance guy great at what he does, overall I think it’s a great place to live
