The Fun Station Cedar Rapids reviews
16Had a birthday party here for sons last we. The party room was set up very nice, the host for our party was very friendly and attentive, and the pizza was good! We will definitely book again!
Great place, and love the renovation. Even in your 30's you can go after kiddos. Love coming here.
Birthday party. Nice venue for the grandkids. Pizza was good with unlimited drink refills. The climbing wall for the older 2 grandboys was well worth it. Arcade was fun for all of us to use too.
They redesigned the PlayStation a few years ago and it is fabulous. What’s equally impressive is the quality, & price of the food. I have been to several birthday parties here where you get a private room, your own server, & tons of perks including a game card for the game room!
Wonder place for the Kidos. It was my daughters birthday (5). The reason for the (5) star review is based on a couple key items:
(1) Everyone at the birthday party had a great time.
(2) Variety of options available
(3) Staff - Ok, so I do hope the staff gets paid well. They were VERY busy, yet the staff kept up with the pace. Well, Kudos to them.
I wont ding the review for this, but going in and out of the building there were smokers close to the entrance. I have no issue with smoking, but perhaps move it a little further from the Door. Again, not a big issue.
Overall, Play Station was great that will keep kids entrained for hours
Fun place to bring toddlers and young kids. Lots of fun. Food prices seem a little high tho
Is this a good place to take a 1-year old for a birthday party? Is there stuff a 1 year old could do here?
The place was packed! Just a sea of squealing humanity. Fun place, but you could easily lose track of them in a couple seconds. The climbing net maze is gigantic. The climbing walls are challenging and you get plenty of time to climb. Downside to that is you can wait 30 minutes for a turn. The video games are your standard ski ball, bball shot, space invaders, connect 4 big board, with more than i could list. Then it's your standard ticket prizes - army men, bouncy balls, tootsie rolls, etc. Food is overpriced, but it's a good selection and it tastes good. Great place to just let kids run wild. Bears a strong resemblance to that island in Pinocchio where the kids are all breaking things.
Place was very busy that day but the kids enjoyed every minute of it. Also got an appitizer platter that tasted. Prices are a little higher but food tasted good.
This past weekend we celebrated my granddaughters birthday at the Play Station! The pizza was delicious and I loved the variety of the salad bar! The kids had a lot of fun rock climbing too. Our host Jackie was great! I hope to bring my grandkids in another time for another incredible experience!
Great place for the kids to work off some energy. You only have to pay for the kids, which is nice when as a parent you're just watching them. Fun for all ages. There's a toddler friendly part of the maze. Preschool through school she enjoy the rest of the maze. The newer climbing walls are really well done with a good variety of difficulty. There's also a game room with video games, ski ball, etc. And points win can be redeemed for prizes. Pricing can be bundled or a la cart, so you can pay for just what you want to do. There's also a large variety on the menu, so everyone can find something they like.
Took the grandkids here for some fun without the sun. A wonderful place to come and enjoy with many games, climbing walls and crawling tunnels for hours of fun!
Way overcrowded the lines for the climbing wall were really long my kids waited 45 minutes to do it and they didn't all get to because of the wait. There were no tables at all available. Most of all anyone could take any child out of there. I definitely would not have wasted the time or money if I could have seen how packed it was.
The kids love the play areas and games. I enjoy the netting over the hard plastic they used to have. Lower your food prices tho. Ffs!
Great environment for my son, and the birthday party room was awesome. They took good care of us and made it an enjoyable experience.
