The Fun Station Quad Cities reviews
15 I feel my boys got my money's worth. It took them 4 hours to finally let me encourage them to leave. I don't know if I left it up to them how long we might have been there.
The available food is reasonably priced for the kind of place it is. And reasonably good too. It isn't cheap, and it isn't a place to go just for the food. But it is something for the hungry kids, and the adults waiting for the kids to get tired. Free drink refills were worth it!
Many activities included. A few extras you could pay for. I did. We will be going back. Especially as the weather gets nastier outside.

Such an awesome place to take the kids! The staff seems to really pay attention and it's always clean. The food has always been great as well, so that's a plus!
This place is so bad I am never coming here again because they were being rude and we couldn’t get checked in and get a wristband they kicked us out just because we were doing high flips and they told us we can’t jump on the trampoline because we were hurting kids
Wish we were not
Daughter got the stomach flu from here. We thought it looked clean but apparently it's not. Stop bringing your sick kids to places like this, it's unfair for other kids to have to miss their birthday parties due to inconsiderate parents.
Got in trouble. Used to be trampolines, now it’s a place that is empty. Especially on 5 dollar Wednesday’s. How ridiculous is that? 3 dollars almost 4 for one drink. Also, 6 dollars for 10 small cookies. This place is terrible.
Staff: the staff was rude at the check in counter. Tried to ask simple questions and the young lady cut us off multiple times, and never let us finish our first question.
Food: pretzel is good. I’d buy again. But one pretzel and 5 fountain drinks were 38$. Pizza was good. The bottom half of the pretzel was cold also.
Building: it’s a fun place for kids. Any age can jump and do the activities which is nice. The building was hot. Every kid looked like they were over heating and as the adults hung out, they were visibly sweating.
Notes: they offered a Labor Day ticket sales price which equaled to 50% off which was nice. But as parents who don’t jump, there was limited seating. The tables were completely covered in soda pop, crumbs and grease as they were not being maintained after people left. The entire parking lot was full but the main play area was plenty big enough.
Star rating: 3 stars because of the rude staff, the inside temperature, the lack of seating and the fact that they were out of multiple food items for example, the skillet cookie. The variety of activities is what kept this from being a one star. Our kids played all of the activities as much as they wanted, which at normal price of 40$ per ticket plus sock cost, is well worth it.

This place is awesome! Alot of staff on site, great activities, snack bar (huge pretzel is delicious) 10/10
Not a bad place to spend a day. I like how much room there is. Even on a packed Sunday, it wasn't terrible. The teenage workers were really doing a pretty good job at keeping everything under control. That's no small task with inattentive parents and caffeinated kids. We did have a few problems with our visit. Half of our large pizza and a drink were cleaned up while we all visited the bathroom. I'm a single dad with young kids so it took awhile, and we all went at once. Meanwhile other tables were left filthy for hours. My kids were using the slides regularly, until my youngest was turned away in tears. She pointed to her wristband. Maybe I misunderstood her, but I guess slides are not included in all ticket packages? Slides are not mentioned in the ticket packages once anywhere in person or online. On the stairs up to the slide there's a mention you need a ticket. What ticket? So, we left on a bit of a sore note, but overall I think it was ok. Overall, the kids had fun.
Great place to take the kiddos for some unwinding. I also threw my daughters 8th birthday party here. Awesome hostess, she was very great on organizing everything and keeping us on track. They have rock climbing, slides, spinning go-karts and mixed drinks, massage chairs for the adults.
We love the Fun Station! We’ve been visiting the past few years from Dubuque and our boys always have a great time. The slides and spin cars are a great addition! The facility is clean, food is reasonable and staff is friendly. We are excited that the Fun Station is in Dubuque now. Thank you!
The facility is great. The food sevice was completely terrible. An 1.5 hrs plus for 1 pizza, 2 flat breads and Mac and cheese. Numerous people ordered after us and all we got was "it will be anther 5 min. "
Fun for kids. Pricey expensive but better than Elevate. Lots of things for kids to do. Kids loved the Bumper Cars
The great service was impressive! Emma assisted with our party, and she went above and beyond expectations. She, as well as every employee, encountered represented excellence in service. The facility has a wide range of fun activities. Great location for families and friends
Great place for the kids. It is very clean. Staff is good with the kids. Plenty of things for the kids to do.
Over Inflated prices.
Not fun, wanted the bumper cars with grand son, had to buy full tickets.
What a waste of time and money, never ever going there again.
