Worst experience ever. Turned down IDs and refused to serve for no reason at all.

I would never do business with this place again. They told my son that his car would need a new transfer case after he put in a transmission so we took it somewhere else only to find out that he did not need the transfer case at a it had to do with his brakes and needing new spark plugs. This kid took out a loan for the transmission and it did not need that at all per a transmission mechanic.

The Garage did a great job on my new brakes and fixing my wheel bearing. They came in quite a bit under a chain place which was way over priced and unreliable. I will bring my vehicle back here for future service.

I had never been to The Garage before, despite living on the South side for years. I was attempting to change my own oil on my Trailblazer and sure enough the filter is seized in place.

Popped my head in to ask if there was anything they could do to help, and I was absolutely floored with the polite and professional service I received. They were able to see me immediately (which will definitely change with service this incredible) and had me in and out of there in about half an hour. And that's including fixing a few other minor issues they found at no extra cost!

If you need any automotive work done definitely stop by and see them. The entire staff was wonderful!

Update: A year later and the service I get at The Garage is still the best in the city. Scott and his team are absolute legends in the business. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
