The Home Depot, Bettendorf IA

Been a Home Depot fan for many years. First time at this location. What the heck is the deal with the clerk not putting my items in a bag?

This store is a great store for anything you might need. I went there to buy mini blinds and a large shrub. I asked the lady at the garden center a couple questions about the plant and she said she knew nothing about any plants. The employees inside the store were friendly and k ee answers to my questions.

Had a great experience. You definitely need more people like Will. I have no clue what department he actually works in, but he knew everything wall to wall. Thank you Will

I went in with a list of projects and was pleasantly surprised to be helped by Will who was very helpful and knowledgeable and Sami who made checkout a breeze. I have lots of projects to go and am looking forward to shopping again at the Bettendorf Home Depot.

This is the third time we are facing issues with home depot orders. The person who processed our order did not add the stacking kit and the delivery was canceled because they could not stack our washer/dryer. We ordered the stacking kit on the same day and they updated the delivery note, we were charged but they canceled the delivery again. When we contacted the store, we were told that we did not order the kit and don't have an updated order. When we order something aren't they supposed to create a new order or update the old one? If they missed that part, how are we responsible and why are they canceling our delivery for their mistake? How long are we supposed to wait to get our washer/dryer delivered. I will NOT RECOMMEND this store to anyone.

Plant section is lacking. Wish they'd get more indoor plants year round like most Home Depots do, but as far as home improvement goes, it's fine.

The assistant manager cursed at me because the sku wasn't working. Had to leave and go to the clinton iowa store since she had no idea how to do her job.

Darius was incredible, he went above and beyond in order to make sure that I was able to purchase everything I needed which included tracking down some things that were in storage within the store. He was the best.

I went for spray paint and was very surprised with the lack of inventory walmart has a better selection. MENARDS has the best selection. Hands down. Sorry, Homedepot.

I think Home Depot carries better brands than the other two big box stores as far as tools and blades, that is about all I ever buy from there. Always seem to have to track an employee down when I cant find something, but they are always very helpful when I find one

Christopher and Melissa are definitely the Definition of Customer service and teamwork they provided me excellent service while I was in the store I appreciate how Christopher went above and beyond to do his roll Made my in-store experience just delightfully pleasant!

Good quality products for great prices! Wonderful service! Nice, clean store. Plenty of parking spaces available.

Nice ppl. Wyatt was a great help! But they didn’t have either item I needed. I got them but at Menards.

I came in to pick up a rental truck for business. Immediately, the employee at the counter was uninterested and did not want to help. Once he was forced into helping us, as we stood there asking for help, he made comments with "you're going to have to call Penske". We had every bit of information on hand. Eventually, he told another employee "I'm off now, it's time for me to leave". He took the keys to the rental we needed somewhere and left. This left the other two employees searching for the keys. They eventually found the keys ten minutes later. The employee we made contact with was highly unprofessional and left us with a horrible impression of Home Depot. We will not be back.
