The Iowa Clinic Urgent Care, West Des Moines IA

Everyone I interacted with today was very kind and compassionate. I wish I had grabbed the nurses name, she was so careful with some of the testing I needed and gave me a heads up of what to expect prior. The doctor, I believe his name was William (?) was also very kind and very personable.

Be expected to pay 150 at minimum. Was seen for 5 minutes to get a prescription for eye drops and that was my total. There are more affordable urgent cares in the area with better customer service.

Very courteous and caring from receptionist to nurse to technicians and Doctor.very thorough.

I have PTSD from a previous hospitalization in a different state and hadn’t been to a doctor in years because of it. Even going here, I was terrified and didn’t feel ready. However, both the doctor and nurse were so patient with me and so kind to me throughout the whole process. It went much smoother than expected because of their understanding of my situation. They both said they were happy I came multiple times, and I felt like they genuinely meant it and really cared about my health - mental and physical. I would love to thank them for such a positive experience my first time going back to the doctor. Would highly recommend this place

150 up front to be seen. Then they charge more. All the urgent care clinics are to darn high. So dumb.

They were fast, caring, sweet, and got me what I needed and even gave me extra info. Great place!

I had the absolute best care. They listened, ordered tests, and referred to specialist. Best Urgent care experience ever.

From the receptionist, nurse and PA, all were professional and friendly. No wait time and very clean! Asked questions and was able to treat and dismiss me in no time!

Dr. Goble was very helpful. Listened attentively and offered useful suggestions for long-term care.

Waited an hour in the exam room before the doctor came in. She ordered x rays and an hour later no one took me to get x rays. The nurse said it'll be a while even after the x rays because the radiologist has to read them and give the report. I'm not sure if the problem is that they're understaffed or a management issue.
