I had a wonderful experience ordering flowers here for the cemetery. I’m from out of state and they were so helpful and kind. Can’t say enough good things about this place and the people who work there.

We had a large order from multiple family members for Mother's Day to be delivered all at once to our mom as a surprise. The staff was amazing from the start and delivered on time and went that extra mile to even take her picture for us to see her reaction, since most of us live all over the country and world.

I made a change to my delivery date at the last minute. They delivered the flowers within hours of when I made my change of date and time.

They were amazing to work with! I had ordered an arrangement online for my mothers birthday from a different company/website and they did not fulfill my order, they were most likely a scam but The Iowa Flower Market saved the day! I am a floral designer myself and I am from out of town actually on the East Coast recently my best friends father-in-law passed away and I called Ron Ann’s floral shop and explained my situation told her what I’d like to have and when it needed to be there and she hit it out of the ballpark. I am a wedding planner based in Central Illinois and was lucky enough to work with Iowa Flower Market for a Maquoketa wedding. Kerri and Kimber were AMAZING! Not only were the florals even better than what the bride envisioned, but Kerri was extremely responsive as we made changes leading up to the day, took part in our planning meetings, they delivered and set up the florals beautifully, and even helped us manage a last minute fix! I needed lots of support because I’ve never ordered flowers before. The owner was patient and helpful, answering all of my questions and going over options. She even helped me find the address and time of the service for which I was ordering. I opted for them to make the arrangement and what they created was elegant and unique. The flowers were delivered on the day and time I requested. Truly, I couldn’t have been more pleased and impressed with the customer service, product, and overall experience.

I spoke with the owner over the issue I had with the roses not lasting. She apologized for the problem and offered a refund, replacement. She was very professional and accommodating.
