The Landings Apartment, Centerville IA

My son and I lived there for two years the apartment on the third floor it was a very nice two bedroom and one bathroom it was very clean and all things work well, I would like to rent from them again, I mean no disrespect to the owner the property or the manager, But I was told by my son that he received a letter that his cat caused Three thousand dollars damage to the rug and floor in the kitchen and the area when you first walk in the apartment door, I will be honest and say I never did see any letter from the Landings Apartment's, about this matter, When I lived there with my son I cleaned the apartment daily even though I worked 12 hours shifts at a nursing assistant home twenty miles from Centerville, so I did my best to keep the apartment nice, as for my son all I can say is that I know he did keep things nice, and if there was any damage to the apartment I very sorry not only for the apartment, but for my son as with anything comes responsibility. And I know he learned that. I would like to be able to rent from the Landings Apartment's again in the future as I'm looking to move back to Centerville for a job and love to rent again from them.a two bedroom and one bathroom apartment. The Landings Apartment's has nice manager who was nothing but nice to me. I really like calling the Landings Apartment's HOME, and they are really close to a lot of places.

The apts are nice but the management is sketchy. The upkeep n cleanliness not so much. You should expect more attention to the details. They just want the rent

Needs to clean the glass doors and windows. Otherwise nice friendly spacious environment and living space
