The Lock Dr., Fairfield IA

I brought my car in with a stuck key in the door. He used a wrench to remove it and then said that it needed the plastic wafers replaced inside the door lock. He told me to take it to a garage; they would take out the key lock; I could bring it back to him and then he could replace them. I did so. When I paid their bill, $133.00, I then went to the Lock Dr.to pay him. He said it ended up not needing wafers; it needed a new key for just $29.00. I paid him but said I'd appreciate a little help on the $133.00 bill since it was a waste of money; that he'd misinformed me. He said he had told me in the first place that it might be the key that was the problem. I said absolutely he did not say that to me at any time. He refused to make any payment toward the $133.00. I would not recommend his work and hope I don't have to use his services again.
