5This gym is amazing! Clean and many options for classes and fitness! I recently switched from anytime fitness even tho its right next door to me because the MAC is better:)
I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the company's policies and their response to my concerns. I recently reached out to them regarding the possibility of waiving the 30-day cancellation notice, but I received an email from VP of sales stating that they would not be adjusting their policies.
As a long-standing member, I expected more flexibility and understanding from the company. While I appreciate their need for consistency, it is disheartening to see that they are unwilling to accommodate their loyal customers in exceptional situations. The lack of flexibility in their policies shows a lack of consideration for their customers' individual circumstances.
I had hoped that the company would show more empathy and take into account the value of customer satisfaction.
Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling undervalued and unappreciated as a customer. It is disappointing to see that their commitment to policy consistency outweighs their commitment to customer service.
I urge the company to reconsider their decision and review their policies to better address the needs of their customers. A more flexible and customer-oriented approach would go a long way in fostering positive relationships and ensuring customer loyalty. I hope that my feedback, along with others who may share a similar sentiment, will prompt the company to reevaluate their stance.
Amazing gym! Love the relaxation room & updated/various equipment to choose from!
Just moved to IA from AZ: immediately signed up for the MAC. Immediate issue, the snow is making it quite difficult to drive to the main M. A. C.location somedays.luckily the Fountains gym is a mere 2 minutes from my new home! 24/7 access, decent equipment and a big enough space for my needs. No complaints! Only suggestion would be to add a few pieces of equipment but obviously $$ and space could be an inhibiting factor there. Overall, you will get a great workout in at this location. But, just as is the case in every gym, you get what you put in. RECOMMEND.
