The Map Room, Cedar Rapids IA

Really interesting burgers sandwiches flatbreads and fries. They also do a special side that is really good. My favorite lunch spot in CR.

The Map Room is very cool! It is decorated with maps and globes of course and it looks great! I really like the old and unusual maps on the wall. The staff is great and the food is very good. It is not very big so you might have to wait if they are busy but it’s worth it.

They pack a lot of flavor into this charming little place. Delicious food and drinks. Have been here a few times already and have never been disappointed. The menu items are unique and interesting. Will be back again for sure.

So we tried to get into the map room to eat, had our name on the wait list, they said 20/30 minute wait and they they would call when available. So we watched multiple groups go in after us. We waited 30 min in the car, decided to go in to see what was going on and they said another 20/30 min wait as we observed those other groups be seated.

Amazing, creative burgers and gobs and gobs of fries on the side. Not much seating area so plan accordingly.

Awesome food and atmosphere! Had one of the best Bloody Mary's ever. Unique and delicious burgers and appetizers with flavors from around the world. Definitely coming back soon!

Small, but packs a big punch. Watched the Hawks beat Penn State, drank the Bloody Mary Special and didn't regret it, but had to delay driving home for an extra hour cuz it was not watered down like some other places I know in CR.

This place has the absolute best burgers! Love the atmosphere of this restaurant. You won't be disappointed!

The food was very good. The service was okay. It is a very small place, so if you go at lunchtime expect to wait.

The best food I have had in Cedar Rapids so far! As wonderful as my Indian inspired burger was (the Delhi), my wife's veggie patty was even more flavorful. Everything was unique and very satisfying. Can't wait to go back!

Really delicious, unique burgers plus a build-your-own option. Also a good draft list and fun cocktails. The patio is nice and there are heaters.

As a ten year expat in Korea and Japan this places and the Busan amd Seoul burgers are hands down some of the best authentic Korean American fusion I have tasted. 감사합니다 ありがとう。
