They respond quickly n have cleaned place up since they bought I t which is nice. Shianna always is amazing to me n gets stuff fixed n my concerns. Also when I had problem with lady with crowbar she addressed immediately police came in 2 minutes n am grateful u protect our safety not every property manager does that. She goes above n beyond wat she has to.

Here at live venders property Desmoines. The lives agents are available and answering all questions the tenants may have or seeking for answers for. The agent are friendly and cooperatively resolving issues tenants expect of their concerns.

Maintenance walked in on me naked and I called to file a complaint and they lied to me saying no one was in my complex that day. However a maintenance man that I have seen before unlocked my door and came in. I called mulitple times to get an update and was told by Shiyanna, Tatiana, and some other girl (who was very rude) that they would get to the bottom of this. It has been over a month. I have heard nothing back, no sorry, no compensation for my mental health NOTHING.
