The Palms 10 reviews
16Please people support them even during this hard time with covid. We can not lose this business there is barely anything to do in this town as it is.
The staff is always nice & helpful. The popcorn is the best around. Did you know you can get the small bulk popcorn for $25 that equals out to 12 large popcorn for the price of 4? Just give them a few hours or day notice. The seats are comfortable. Fridley is the only place that my family and I go to watch film's.
Service was fast and friendly, and there was plenty of seating. I wish people would get back out the movies and support local business. Masks are only required when getting concession or going to the bathroom other wise its six feet away from the closest non family group which is great for me as I didnt want to have to sit through the movie with a mask on.
Theaters are clean; severs are courteous; prices are competitive. Glad to have them in Muscatine.
An awesome hometown theater that's always a fun time. The staff are fun and friendly and great to work with for private event showings and they seem to work really hard at keeping it clean.
The movie was good but my friends glasses died on him 3 times an he couldn't understand anything halfway through the movie
Saw John Wick 3 and seats were great as was the movie! Seats were soft, high-backed, and reclined. Sound and picture were of movie theater quality. Above the place was clean and this was on a Saturday night last showing! Concessions had all different kinds of movie type snack foods you could imagine from cheese burgers, pizza, and hot dogs to nachos, hot pretzels, and mini corn dogs all available with fries. Plus there were almost all the beverages you could ask for. All the customer service personnel were cordial and professional. We had a very enjoyable time at the Palms!
Cheaper rates them qc area, definitely different experience then there as well, but still nice. Concessions over priced.
Customer service was awesome. Ushers are so kind. Went for a private screening and they treated our whole group amazing.
Pleasant newish theater with 10 screens showcasing a nice variety of films. Pepsi products at concession stands. Comfortable leather seats, but not recliners.
They need more counter help for food & drinks. But have a very nice facility great sounds & picture
Nice theater. Not too busy. Ladies room was clean and stocked. Watched, a dog's way home. I loved it, spouse said it was ok.
My preferred theatre in S. E. Iowa. Great show times, service, and experience. I'd highly recommend, it's worth the $
For the size of our city, I think we have a great theater. It's comfy, plenty of parking, and typically a good selection of movies. I'd love to see more "indie" films offered even if it was only on one set day to begin with as a trial run.
Refused to let my kids in to see a movie even though I was there to pay. Wasted the entire evening and the drive there.
The Palms Theater adds a nice touch to the Muscatine community. The seating is nicely designed and flows. The movie times are reasonable, and the price is competitive.
We will be returning soon!
