Mariah is is a confident manager. She is firm but fair in difficult situations. Mariah is always pleasant and greets all residents with a smile.

Mariah is an awesome Property Manager! She is friendly, curtious, yet strick and fair! She is very good at planning structural activities for the residents to do. She is always willing to go above and beyond to keep the residents safe.

Highly don't recommendthey can't keep a property manager or maintenance person. Mariah the property manager now is too scared to manage the property.

Here at the Preserves we have a family of people that that are peaceful, caring and love enjoying their families and friends. Also at the Preserves we have a exercise area in the clubhouse where you can work out. In the clubhouse we have a place where you can entertain for parties weddings you know it's just a place to gather. We also have on every Tuesday and Wednesday every every week a food pantry come in and we get some delicious food. We're centrally located by Target, Walmart, and Hy-Vee there's also Applebee's, Olive garden and other eating places in the area.
Conveniently located for hotels for when company comes in town and we're just minutes away from the casino and the water park. Minutes from downtown Waterloo. Just 15 minutes away from the Waterloo airport. There are many schools in the area, parks and recreational activities. If you truly want to be part of a family come to the Preserves where we're all family.
