2I’ve lived in the building for years. Let me break it down. Yes occasionally someone spills a drink in the elevator or lobby floor. It’s not urine like the crazy lady said before. And It’s once in a while. I overlook it cause well it’s a big building and people can be messy. We all can. Unfortunately with that you’re gonna have the few that don’t pick up after themselves. When there is a mess it’s cleaned up pretty quickly. Those people that don’t clean up after themselves are everywhere. This building especially in the last couple years has improved immensely! It’s much cleaner than it used to be. Staff is amazing. I love living here. Take it from an actual tenant not some lady that was here visiting. When looking for a place, don’t rule out old Roosevelt.
Unknown wet puddles in elevator, possibly urine - not a very clean well kept place! Went downhill in last 2 years
