4Wish I could give negative stars - this company steals money from working class Americans. Will definitely be stopping by the Iowa office when I’m near.
One of my clients has been trying to get in contact to pay a debt and they say their phone service is down, will be contacting the AG & i suggest anyone who owes a debt to them do the same.
If I could give negative stars I would. I work for a debt settlement company and try to do my part by my clients. This law firm avoids returning any calls even after all of my client's POA's have been on file. They avoid any communication it seems in order to obtain judgment through the courts and claim no one reached out to them. If they see this and want to prove me wrong they can start returning calls, answering when people call, and stop using the excuse if their phone system being broken. I have various clients taking about filing complaints with the Attorney General's office and at this point I am encouraging it.
TERRIBLE! I am a real estate investor of 27 years and this trustee is like none I have ever worked with. If you are looking to hire a Trustee - DO NOT CHOSE Sayer! And if you are an investor - do not bother dealing with Sayer!
1. The person answering the phone was not helpful, and seemed very annoyed with my very standard questions. I was told to "Call your Sheriff". Our local sheriff's desk laughed and said they don't have anything to do with foreclosure sales.
2. Seven investors showed up to Room #113 at the Greene County Missouri Courthouse as advertised. Room #113 knew nothing about the advertised foreclosure sale. All of us showed up with check in our hands to bid, and no trustee showed up to cry the sale.
3. If a sale is cancelled, it is customary inform any investors that inquire. There is nothing in the Privacy act of 1974 that would prohibit a trustee from simply stating "Sale Cancelled" EVERY other trustee will answer that question when asked.
4. Between all the upset investors, we collectively wasted 14 + labor hours or research for something completely avoidable.
5. Between all the upset investors, we wasted $$$$ on title searches that could have been avoided if this firm could have just let us know it was cancelled.
I speak for the seven investors that showed up ready to purchase the advertised property - STAY OUT OF MISSOURI WITH YOUR TERRIBLE PRACTICES! PASS THESE ON TO A COMPETENT TRUSTEE! May I suggest: SouthLaw, Milsap & Singer, Substitute trustee corp, CENTRE, EastPlains, or ANY other Trustee that is NOT Sayer.
