If you are in need of a home, I highly recommend The Scott East Village Apartments.
The staff is friendly and have been very helpful from the start.
The apartments are beautiful and my family as well as myself love the location.
Spacious, spotless apartments with stunning views!
My family and I thank The Scott East Village Apartments for taking such good care of their renters!

Went for a tour and had and wonderful tour with Katrina. They showed me the beautiful properties and answered all my questions! Pointed out their features like laundry, pet park, and package center! Submitted my application today!

KATRINA, I have been at The Scott for over a year and anytime there has been a issue I have always had Katrina to guide, and professionally resolve those issues. She is professional, knowledgable and most important she is approachable. I never felt like I am a problem or a bother in any questions or concearns I have in being a tenant at The Scot when I have asked for Katrina's assistance. Katrina always greets me with a smile and is gracious at all times. I would recommend Katrina at any job for her professional demeanor and her loyality to her job. I belIeve she should be giving a raise and/or a promotion. Thank you Katrina.

I wouldn’t recommend, i didn’t feel welcomed at all i was told one thing and when i got there another i never viewed the property i left in frustration

Went to tour and had an amazing experience! Loved how relaxed the environment was and how we walked through the amenities, pricing, and the apartment! Already in love with the way it feels like home already and has an amazing community of people as well as beautiful views and sun light in every room!

Bottom line: Don't spend your money here. You can find a much nicer apartment in the area for the same price or less.

The property manager, Brandi, is rude and incompetent, as noted in other reviews. Management doesn't repair things they are required by law to repair—instead they will immediately close the request and tell you they're "working on it. " The facilities are outdated/in bad condition.

The corporate manager of this property is on an indefinite "sabbatical" leave from the office, so if you ever need to escalate an issue, good luck!

Very unprofessional. I was quoted a price on a unit which wouldn’t come available until April 28th. When I went to apply, the system would not let me since it was unavailable in the system. I tried calling, emailing, just simply trying to reach out, and the gal, who I won’t release her name, not Brandi no, was just so unprofessional with getting back to people in a timely manner. Especially when my quote price expired a couple days later. All in all just very disappointed how the office manages things. If something is unavailable just tell the person. Wasting both of our times doesn’t get anyone anywhere, just upset. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. The process to even start the application was confusing enough. I just wish, the phones were answered and people would actually do their jobs and at least respond back, even if it’s bad news. Just a big waste of my time! Thankful I found a much better area!

Updating my review to reflect the poor experience I have had living here.

When you request a repair, management will do nothing more than tell you they "are working on it" and then immediately close the request to make it look like they resolved the issue without ever making the repair.

At least one of the two available washing machines has been broken for the entire time I've lived here. Additionally, all of the washing machines were broken for over a month because management failed to ever proactively update the antiquated payment system they were using.

The resident portal is terrible and needlessly complicated to set up and log into.

They make you pay $45 to obtain your dog's dna profile and are supposed to use this information to fine people who don't clean up after their dogs. However, they apparently never enforce this because the entire property is covered in dog waste. As a result, this entire program achieves nothing and is a huge waste of money.

They use Crow Tow to enforce parking rules. On top of that, they have parking rules that are not included in the lease terms, are nowhere on the website, and are never communicated to residents. Instead of communicating these additional rules to residents, they spam your inbox with the same automated message stating the general parking policy from the lease.

The utility costs are insane because the units are on a master meter and they simply divide the total usage amongst the residents. They overheat the stairwells and other common areas, costing residents money, and will not disclose what portion of the total utility costs they pay for each month.

I have not lived at the property before. I've only taken a tour, so take my review with a grain of salt.

The buildings themselves seem pretty clean.
The interstate is very close but can barely be heard at the property.
They have a contract with a towing company. The thought is that should reduce any crime, but I cannot confirm this.

Also, I worked with Katrina to tour the apartments. She was very helpful in telling me about the units and other facilities.

The leasing staff was terrific from my first contact with them. They were friendly, welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and always accessible. They made the move-in process a very smooth process.

Big thanks to Scout, Katrina, and team for being accessible and responsive! Ran into two other staff members on grounds — another leasing officer and head of maintenance — and they were incredibly kind, too. In 30 minutes, I had all the information I needed and got to see the exact layout of the unit I was interested in. Definitely top of my list in service as I consider my upcoming move!

Went for a tour today with Cecilia, was very impressed with the remodel they did. Security throughout entire complex, plus each unit has its own alarm system. Love the spacious gym, has all new equipment. Still looking at a couple more places before making a commitment, but definitely liked the setup and security. Walking distance to the skate park which my son will love! Play area with new equipment and key location off the interstate.
