If you're not giving this place 5 stars nothing can help you. Amazing massages and facials. Cleanest spa I've been to, very relaxing. Amenities are top notch: jet tub, dry sauna, ice room.

Tried to book a couples message twice now during the week and they never have openings. Tried over a month out and talking to a person on the phone they don't keep enough staff for it.

The Spa at Rhythm City is fabulous. We went for a couples massage and had a great experience.
Once we got checked in we were escorted to the locker rooms. The women's locker room was beautiful and clean. You're provided a robe and slippers to get ready for your service. I was also given a tour to show me the hot tub, sauna and ice room. You have access to the locker room all day of your service, so you can relax and take advantage of the great amenities.
Our couples massage was great and the massage therapists were wonderful. Our only wish, is that they had a coed area so couples could enjoy the hot tub or sauna together.

Wonderful experience at the spa. Fantastic girls day with one of my closest friends. This was my first time at this spa, however it will definitely not be my last!

I had my first ever massage and the reviews and recommendations for The Spa at Rhythm City was highly recommended. My boyfriend and I frequent the facility so there was no hesitation. The reception team squeezed me in same day. The girls were so welcoming and made sure my experience was nothing short of the best. Sarah W.was my massage therapist she performed a hot stone full body massage and was so professional, made me feel so comfortable, and listened and focused on my needs and expectations. All in all my first massage experience was phenomenal thanks to the staff here at The Spa. I will definitely be back!

I booked a 90 minute massage online and I received a call asking me if I could do an earlier time or later time that day on the possibility they could book another appointment before or after mine. The time I booked I guess didn't allow them to book another service. When I told them I couldn't make the earlier or later time work with my schedule that day, why I choose the time I did, they cancelled my appointment and asked me to reschedule. They were guaranteed a 90 minute massage and they cancelled my appointment on the possibility of booking other appointments.

Didn't do anything spa related but the fantastic staff helped me find the hotel check in desk lol

One of the best things I ever started doing for myself was booking services at the SPA! I go every 4-6 weeks for pedicures with my bestie and I’ve started adding massage and waxing services as well just to come in more often. EVERYONE has been so friendly and the place has a wonderful relaxing ambiance vibe. I LOVE using the amenities. Even when they had to remodel they made sure every client’s experience was comfortable and everyone was still upbeat and had wonderful energy. Now that they are done remodeling and everything is back to normal everything is still fantastic and clients get to enjoy a relaxation room in between services to drink hot tea or water and kick back and relax.

I've only been here a few times but the atmosphere and amenities are absolutely devine~ the workers are extremely friendly and the whole place makes you feel rested and relaxed. The amenities are extremely enjoyable between treatments, though it's very easy to almost forget appointments when using them. I always recommend this spa for any of my friends who are looking for someplace that'll make them feel like absolute royalty but without the price tag. Definitely stop by for a special occasion or if you just need to be pampered. The amenities are very relaxing and enjoyable between treatments.

The spa amenities were great. They had a cold room, sauna, hot tub, steam showers, and a place to get ready for a night out. We had a group of girls go for a birthday and it was perfect hanging out since all of our services were at different times. Great experience!

I would give 0 stars if I could. My husband gave me a $160 gift card for a massage (Im a special needs mom). I waited 6 weeks for an appointment. 15 minutes into the massage, the masseuse fell asleep. I woke her up. She fell asleep again! The manager made excuses for her. We ended the session at that time. They wasted my time and said they are more than willing to schedule me a new massage. No thanks - I no longer trust you guys with my time. Now I am stuck with a $160 gift card that the property refuses to refund. I will NEVER visit this resort EVER again.
