The Spotlight School of Dance, Creston IA

My experience with the spotlight school of dance is nothing but positive! I danced for 14 years and I can truly say that I was raised there! I learned leadership skills and ways to express my feelings! I have missed dancing there everyday but I’m happy to know I’m always welcomed back!

All three kids love attending dance classes, learning new skills, and making new friends. Mom loves the environment, the inclusion and positivity that is shown every time ime they attend.

From a supporting Grandmother’s perspective I couldn’t ask for a more supportive team of skilled instructors to be coaching our grand daughters. I have been blown away by the positive interactions of everyone involved. This includes the dancers, the other families and the instructors. Most impressive is the confidence building environment at Spotlight.

Spotlight is fabulous! The instructors are incredible and treat you like family. I can see my daughter's (8) confidence growing with each year she attends and I'm excited to see the same when my son (4) starts in the fall. Thank you to Director Adonica & Spotlight Staff for providing excellent dance education while making amazing memories for our kids!

I highly recommend this studio to anyone and everyone with kiddos! Our family has been a part of this studio for three years now and my two girls (6 and 3 years old) absolutely love every minute of it! The instructors genuinely care about each and every one of them. My girls learn so much more than just dance at each practice. They’ve made friends and many great memories along the way.

Miss Adonica and her staff are the BEST! My daughter's absolutely adore and look forward to classes each week.

My kids participate in the Fine Arts Club in Winterset and my 2 year old always leaves saying "that was so much fun! " What other endorsement does a dance studio need!

Our girls have danced at Spotlight for over 5 yrs. We have 3 girls with all different interests and ability levels and they have been able to participate and excel in their own areas of interest at this studio! We have been welcomed to this dance family since we moved to town and have had so many instructors and other families be so kind and helpful! We love Miss Adonica and the other Spotlight instructors!

Adonica and her staff are very accommodating and friendly. I really love the new TVs in the waiting area that allow us to watch our kids in their classrooms.

This is our first year at the Spotlight and my 4 year old loves it! She asks everyday if she can go to dance class. Miss Adonica does amazing with the kids. Each class is energetic and the kids learn so much!

My daughter has been dancing at The Spotlight for 7 years and she absolutely loves it. The staff is fantastic and the atmosphere is so positive, caring and encouraging. I am grateful for how her confidence has grown through the years from the positive environment. She has not only been learning and growing her love of dance in many styles but also other skills that will help her throughout her life.

The Spotlight School of Dance is a fantastic dance studio. My children have been dancing there for 9 years and they love it! The instructors are knowledgeable, kind, and very encouraging. They offer a variety of classes for all levels of dancers. I highly recommend The Spotlight!

Both my children love the atmosphere Spotlight provides. The fundamentals of dance are taught along with vocabulary that all dancers need to know. My daughter tried the summer classes before committing to a full dance year and grew so much in technique and confidence. My son loves to move and has so much energy. All his energy is used positively in motion along with coming home with more knowledge.
