2I have never had such a bad customer service. The guy that helped me kept spelling my name and address wrong and then my package goes missing and when I go back and he does a claim because I got the wrong shipment ID from him, he entered my address wrong so now I’m stuck with no help and no refund because they probably sent the check to the wrong address. I still can’t believe this happened to me the item that I shipped was $500 and they were only going to pay me $100 and now I can’t even get those $100 because he completely messed up my address which I don’t understand how you do that when I literally wrote it down for him.
This location is GARBAGE. They don’t offer services that UPS corporate offers at other locations. Save your time, money, and convenience and do business at the UPS store on east Lincoln way. So much better! They’re friendly, helpful and do their job.
