When people are looking to buy a car and they want to test drive vehicles on your lot, you give them the keys after verifying they have a valid DL. You don't state, "I don't think we are going to start those today. " It is unfortunate that I am writing this after purchasing 2 cars from these yahoos in the past with very good service (and fairly decent used cars). This experience has eliminated your establishment from the list of decent places in N Iowa to buy a car. Let me save all of you the trouble. Don't bother stopping here to buy a car.

They acted like I didn’t know about credit score. And when I wanted to look at a car, they didn’t give me keys or anything like that. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy, or ever even consider going to them for vehicle
