7We are not a fan of butcher paper that is not coated at your establishment. If you put your purchase in the fridge for a few days it sticks to the meat. Personally I dont like to eat paper.
Has hard to find cuts. House beef jerky, summer sausage, bacon, you name it. Highly recommend.
Friendly, knowledgeable, great selection, excellent quality, and fair prices. Highly recommend coming here when possible.

My friend Will recommended this place and I have to say I’ve never seen a butcher shop quite like this I left hungry and my dog loves their smoked beef bones they even have homemade dog food so good you could eat!

Excellent store. Direct and knowledgeable people, great selection, and fair prices. I particularly enjoy their in-house cured meats, their seafood (albeit sometimes limited availability/choice), and sandwiches!
Finally found somewhere nearby where I can get oxtails and won’t need to drive all the way to Cedar Rapids! They were reasonably priced and the meat looks great!
