After nineteen years of relying on Thrasher Service I am very grateful that they always there when I need them! The quality of their work is exemplary. Their team is highly skilled and I always am treated with care and respect. In late November of 2011 my furnace died. It was in the single digits and Steve removed the old furnace and installed the new one promptly, including significant new ductwork He "got 'ur done" before darkness fell and the temps dropped to below zero. For me, that says it all! Thank you Thrasher!

Semi annual maintenance. Thorough work by a true professional that knows what to do, and most importantly cares a great deal about doing an excellent job. Dave gave me great advice to have my ducts cleaned, which I wouldn’t have thought about on my own, but could lead to stream inefficiency and equipment breakdown.

Got a call from home office stating our guy was on his way. The service tech was actuallt early which was a bonus on the day! He was thorough in doing the work, and answered questions I had. While he was here, I asked him to consult on two other potential issues. He took the time to listen and respond. Very professional and courteous!

My service today was excellent Steve did a thorough check and my furnace is ready for winter weather.

My A/C unit broke down in the hottest part of August. I called Thrasher’s and they were able to get a technician out to look at it within hours. They listened to the problems we were having with it and replaced the needed parts. Thrasher’s is always my go to company for any heating/cooling & plumbing needs.

Called Thrasher Service, bc we had a sudden leak in the ceiling below our kitchen in the basement media room.
Technician was friendly and thorough and did a good job listening and examining the areas that could have been the reason that the leak happened.
We were unable to determine what caused the leak and said to call him if it happened again, since the ceiling was dry and not leaking anymore and we could possibly determine what was causing the leak.
Over all, i would use again.

I had trouble getting scheduled correctly. I called several times the day before and had wanted to move the appointment time. I was told that they would move my time to the afternoon and someone would contact me in the morning, but no one did. I had to cancel my conflicting appointment. I don't like how you have a 4-5 hour window and then the day of the appointment you get a text saying "on my way". It is rather inconvenient to have to block out the whole time.
On the other hand, service was great fixing my problem.
