Timberland at Meredith / Bexley Urbandale

DO NOT LIVE HERE! I’ve been here about 2 years now. There’s no on site Maintence they lie saying they will get to you and never do, no matter how many “complaints “ you file on their website. My windows randomly fall out and do not close nor lock (IM ON THE FIRST FLOOR SO ITS A SAFETY ISSUE) my lock on my door barely worked until I complained a million times and finally 8 months later they changed it. Rent is always way overpriced for no reason. It’s supposed to be 700 to maybe 900 TOPS but NOPE $1400 to $1800 OUT OF MY POCKET MONTHLY. My heat DOESNT EVEN WORK.they provided me with a mini space heater which was supposed to be temporary and here I am 6 months later with the same heater and my electric bill SKY ROCKETING! Only 2 burners on my oven works and don’t even get me started on trying to contact someone for help. They are NEVER in the office. Not to mention the nasty bugs around here. There is everything from ants to cockroaches around here. THE BUILDINGS ARE INFESTED ITS DISGUSTING. And guess what? They charge for pest control without EVEN COMING AROUND. I thought this would be a good starters home sure it’s a convenient location and all but they are just simply asking for a lawsuit.

Safe neighborhood, decent distance to local stores and clean complex. Management not very clear on notifications for rent increases. Many fees to be had at every corner of Interaction with Timberland Apartments.

Yessi, the rental agent, was very friendly and helpful at every step of the rental process, from visiting the property to signing the lease. It's my son's first apartment, and thanks to Yessi, I feel great about it.

The management of these apartments are absolutely amazing and so understanding of disabilities and specific circumstances! Especially Yesi, she is amazing to talk to and always helps with any questions and concerns I have!

Recently met the new Community Manager Yvette. She is friendly and extremely helpful, great customer service.

Bobbi is an amazing person The staff at the office are kind caring And quick to respond and super helpful with any issues we have maintenance guy is super helpful and always takes care of any problems that may come up. 5 outta 5 stars hands down

Bobbi is an amazing land lord. Ever since she has taken over, things have really smoothed out! She is caring, efficient, respectful, and professional. The whole maintenance crew as well! Whenever I have an issue, they are over right away to handle it, and are very easy to talk to. I’ve lived here for 3 years, almost 4. I’ve become attached to this place enough to call it home. No apartment is perfect, but mine is perfectly imperfect.

I have lived here for almost 3 years. Every time I have a maintenance issue it is taken care immediately. Bobbi the manager is so attentive and makes sure that problems are dealt with right away. The property is gorgeous and the walk/path runs right thru the property!

Bobbi has been such a great help to me. My sister has lived at Timberland for 20 years and has some mental and physical limitations. Bobbi is the best manager I have ever dealt with. Location is great! Walking distance to parks and more. Staff and management were always helpful and friendly. Lived there for almost 6 years and my boys will miss this place.

Bobbi Depew made my day yesterday. I made mistakes and she apologized on behalf of Timberland. She is unbelievably nice, helpful and, professional. I can honestly say I have never had a property manager quite like her. I am very happy to live here. Mainly because of the way I am treated. Thanks again Bobbi!

We have the top of line manager at Timberland at Merdith. Mrs. Bobbie has always gone out her way to make sure that our complex is safe and she has demonstrated love and much patience for us. I have gone thru some hard knocks and I have been in and out the hospital a lot. She always makes sure that I am ok and our maintenance person Rick is amazing. I tell you Mrs. Bobbie is loved by my entire family and I would not trade her for all the tea in China

I've been working with Bobbie and cody at Timberland for a while. I work with thier pest control vendor, Janssen pest solutions. Every time they have an issue that needs handle they are on point with contacting us to come treat and always willing to do what they can to help solve issues. By far one of the best management teams I've worked with.
