I had my car towed here after a blow out on a Saturday. Kathryn was courteous, professional and attentive to my situation. I have never had a tire blow out and she put me at ease, informing me of what would take place and what options I would have. With no appointment, I was taken care of in a reasonable manner and grateful for her help. Thank you Tires Plus!

Great service with friendly staff. They were extremely efficient with everything and I loved that they didn’t pressure me into buying things I didn’t need. This was my second time buying tires here and I’ll gladly return again!

Had an appointment scheduled at 10: 00 for a tire rotation and brake inspection. It took 2 hours when I was told it would be “45 minutes to an hour. ”

You would think even if you have an appointment but you can get in and you would have to wait I had an appointment set for 12 and I didn't get in until 2: 00 one time there I get in in the morning was there all the way until 5: 00 or 6: 00 at night

Didn't have the trailer tires I needed but they directed me to fleet farm so at least they are honest and helpful! Thanks!

Took over 3 hrs for a rotation and balance. They couldn't get the alignment done, due to not being able to loosen the camber bolts. Funny thing is the camber bolts were removed a day before due to front end work being done. So I know they could be removed. Took to another tire shop, and they had no issues with the bolts.

Deb is amazing! She was able to answer all my questions and provide very easy to understand answers. She took time to explain the different options and her suggesting the Resolvl membership was a huge help. She took the extra time to see how much it would end up saving me on this expense. Not once did I feel like I was talked down to treated like an idiot (which when it comes to cars I'm no genius).

Robert Deb and Cassie are amazing front people! Very friendly and inviting! They have great techs that do amazing work especially Sam. Had him work on my car a few times and did amazing work! They are always willing to listen and get the job done correctly!

I've been a customer for two years now I bought four tires with the warranties awhile back I've had the unfortunate of having three flat tires in like a year span and every time they fixed it or put a new tire on in a timely fashion. They only charge a thirty dollar fee for tire exchanges. It's a great service. I love this place.

After setting an appointment on the previous day, I dropped off my vehicle for an alignment. I have them a 5 hour window, which was fine with the manager.
When the alignment was done and the bill paid, I asked for printouts of the before and after specs. The printer was out of ink and nobody knew how to put ink in the printer. They did not provide me with this information, but were content to take my money.
When I got on the street, the steering wheel was not centered and the vehicle pulled to the left on all of the various road surfaces I encountered across town.

So I am now at another store in this chain to get the work done right.
I've used the Merle Hay location before and they did good work. Today, though, was a dissapointment.

They did a great job. They also listened to my concerns and addressed them professionally. They will get my continued business as long as this kind of treatment continues.

They installed the wrong oil cap or installed the correct oil cap wrong. I only drove it a hand full of miles before my low oil pressure light came on. I took my car to Ultimate Automotive to see what the issue was. They basically had to redo the oil change and said I was a few miles from needing a new engine.

I just needed air in my tires because my light was on and they did it for me for free and quickly even though they were busy. Very friendly folks that didn't have to help me out but they did.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! You helped my daughter with a flat tire in a strange city on her way back to college. You were so nice and professional. We had road hazard warranty on the tires so it was half of what you quoted. Thank you for your honesty.

They got my vehicle rolling again. Prices seem to me to be Ok, but the charges can add up quickly.
