Took niece to get an oil change for her car. She set up the appointmen and needed a ride. Niece picked up the car with 113 dollar charge. For an oil change. Went in to ask why the charge was so high only to be told. "It just is, everything has gone up. " I pointed out that oil has not doubled in price. And was told "that's just what we charge. " Essentially they are ripping off their customers and have no shame about it. Partially on us, I should have made sure she got a quote. Always get a quote before letting someone touch your car. There truly are vultures out there.

They were only covered with doing brakes, things like cleaning battery cable wasn't important to them.it like there only after the money, will never go back and we've doing bussinesss with them for awhile no star rating

Took in my car to have a tire checked! They were able to get me in and check tire! Found out that there was nothing wrong with tire and I wasn't even charged for the tire check! Thank you Tires Plus!

Great experience with the two gentlemen working this morning. I didn’t catch the names (Dylan and another) but I was about to leave on a trip when I saw a screw in my tire. I took it in as soon as I could (7am) and they were able to remove the screw, they also noticed that one of lug nuts was missing.turns out all of them were loose and I potentially could have lost a tire during my travel. They definitely when above and beyond making sure I was safe on the road. Highly recommend taking your car here.

PS: got new tires and oil changed at Fleet Farm prior to coming to Tires Plus. They changed the oil incorrectly and also did not tighten the lug nuts. Do not go there.

Bad customer service would rather go to Big O. I bought my tires here bought the warranty incase I get a nail in my tire. I ask to have them look at my tire because it has a nail in it. The guy in the empty lobby tells me they have no help so they can't help me and told me to go to firestone. Why sell a service if you don't wanna perform the service.

Not bad, but I prefer Firestone Auto Complete Care over this. The customer service is nice though, I'll say that.

Extremely rude to their customers, when it’s their offices that made mistakes:) everyone is short staffed and I was willing to compromise and you guys are just rude. I used to work for this company. Really sad.

Rude staff and they will not tell you the truth to save their lives. Best bet is go somewhere else

Good service, good products. My second set of the same tires. First set by far exceeded mileage ratings. Of course I did normal rotations, and kept air pressure maintained. Highly recommend.

I made an appointment online on a Wednesday for a tire losing air and got a phone call saying I can bring my car in earlier because they didn't have any clients for the time slot.
Brought my car in in the morning and left my car with them. I had to call them in the late evening and was told it wouldn't be looked at that day and possibly not till the following Monday.
Not happy, just went and picked my car up and had to drive through a snow storm without my car having been moved from where I parked it that morning.

I had low tire pressure and they adjusted it. For free. I tipped the worker. I have purchased tires here before. It's a great store!

Avoid this location like the plague. The substandard work and unqualified management is not worth the pennies you might save doing business here.

Awesome experience. People there are incredibly friendly and willing to work with me to figure out the easiest way to get me back on the road. Mark Moeller is an amazing guy and does stupendously wonderful things for me. Absolute 20/10 give this man a raise super friendly and straight to the point! And it’s just down the street from my house! Favorite tire shop!

Good service. I have taken several of our cars to this shop over the years, and never had any complaints. Their prices may not be the cheapest, but the service has been good, and the employees courteous. They have been able to take care of our cars just fine.

The most unprofessional retail experience in my entire life. The manager of the Ankeny store does not have the demeanor to represent a company in a leadership capacity. Dishonest, shifty and misogynistic. Take your hard earned dollars to another store/company. Spare yourself the frustration I had to endure.

It was so bad, I filed an official complaint. I never have filed a complaint in my life before now.
