I find that Dr. Mann, with ORA Orthopedics in Bettendorf, Iowa, is a very professional and friendly doctor. He listens to your questions and provides answers, explaining so that the patient can understand the details. He is very efficient and thorough.

Always professional and personable. ORA meets, and most times exceeds, my needs and expectations. Though sometimes on busy days there is a wait, I am overall very satisfied with ORA services (and I have used most of them)!

Very professional office. All staff was friendly and helpful. Doctor Mann explained everything to me. There was a 30 wait past my appointment time.

Our 3 year old had a nurse maids elbow and we took her to ORA urgent care. Jess was SO great with her, she got it back in place in no time at all! We followed up with Dr. Mann and he was very attentive and thorough. Thank you for your great expertise and wonderful care to get our girl back to normal!

Good experience with Bettendorf office, but Davenport was not so good. Way over booked and waited forever to get called back to a room. Only to be ignored even longer. Never did see Dr. Mann instead sent out his nurse to deal with us. Total time there 2 1/2 hours. They also wanted us to come back 2 times a week for therapy which we could do at home. Just trying to get more money out of you.

Dr. Mann was very professional and polite. Handled my 8 yr old very well.addressed her with respect. He was fast but didn't make you feel rushed. Very dapper as well Lol

Dr. Mann and the Staff provided excellent care, and explained in detail; what to expect as part of my ongoing care and healing process stages. I highly recommend ORA and the level of care and professionalism is second to none!

Dr. Mann was very though, with my shoulder issues. With his testing of my strength and movement. His Physician Assistant was also great part of his team, the follow up with her went well also.

Dr. Mann is my hero! I had carpal tunnel syndrome for 13 years, he fixed me right up. Everything went as smoothly as one could hope, and two years later I'm still going strong. I think of Dr. Mann every day, and I'm so grateful to have had his help, he changed my life.

Dr Mann discussed my issues and ordered X-rays. After reviewing those we decided to see if shots in both would provide relief before taking the next step of replacement. Very good!

I was an “add-on” for the schedule, virtually no waiting time to get in an exam room. Dr Mann saw me within 5 minutes. Very personable, gentle and best of all, he fixed my problem with one injection, given on the day of my visit. ;)

The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The wait time in the exam room was lengthy. Dr. Mann was open, and also professional. He took time to answer my questions.

Dr. Mann is an amazing doctor. He was knowledgeable and caring. He made sure I was at ease and told me what he would be doing. After surgery (broken fibula) he came to see how I was doing. During follow up appointments he is though and make sure I'm healing properly. I highly recommend! His staff is amazing and they always are willing to help with whatever questions you have.

From the time I met Doctor Mann and his staff, I have recieved exceptional care. They treat me with respect and they listen to what I have to say, and make sure I understand the answers to the questions I ask. They never rush me along, and made sure I got the right physical therapist to me help along in my recovery from rotator cuff surgery. Their communication with my physical therapist is very good. My therapist who I see twice a week, sends them every week a report on how my shoulder is progressing, so they not only know how I am progressing, and when to and how to go to the next level in my rehabilitation of my shoulder. It takes some of the stress away as I do the work to recover, and the rehab from rotator cuff surgery is very hard and challenging, they say it is one of the hardest and most gruelling rehabs. But they have helped me to believe if I do what they tell me to do, I will fully recover, and I am experiencing this, my surgery was October 2nd. My shoulder is getting better and getting stronger. I highly recommend anyone needing surgery to contact them!
