Tom is the best Landlord we have had in Iowa City! You won't find better. Tom is very easy to work with and respectful. Highly recommended!

I am deeply disturbed by a recent situation involving Thomas Kaut. He verbally assaulted and berated my sister after she contacted him for a maintenance request. He was accusatory, completely inappropriate, and extremely unprofessional. He does not belong in a customer service role at all, as his skills are severely lacking. Please look elsewhere for your home and leasing needs.
