1st time users getting a monthly pass get one month for 1/2 price.
The system itself is great. It took off 1900 miles of grime in one pass though. It reads your license plate so you don’t have to roll down your window once.
The prices vary depending on what extras you want.
I am very pleased and bought medium passes for both of my vehicles.

Originally I was pleased with the cleanliness of my vehicle following a wash at Tommy's. However in the past several months, I have noticed at times my truck just wasn't even close to clean after going through. (Works). The highest wash package should have me leaving with a gleaming shine, and no spots every time. Period. Now at best I have a truck that is heavily spotted with little white spots, and at worst has dirt and grime smeared all over it. To add insult to injury, now they're raising pricing? Buh bye.

Horrible service, the lady was so rude and disrespectful. Also most of the vacuums haven't worked this whole year.

AGAIN & AGAIN! The spin gray dryers rarely if ever is turned on & working. They seem to not care. WHY SHOULD I OAY TOP DOLLAR WHEN THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE WORKINGS OF THEIR EQUIPMENT? TIME TO LOOK ELSEWHERE!

I bought the Works car wash from Tommy’s, which is $20 and my car is still covered in bugs and dirt. I’ve had better car washes at gas stations.

Don't go here. They're break your mirror and not pay for any damages. You'd be much better off going to a touch-less carwash. This is one customer that will never be back.

Half the time something isn’t working or you don’t get the wash you pay for. Always soap left on car afterwards Vacuums don’t pick up anything.

Spent $21 on a car wash after tax and all it took off was the dust/dirt. Still have bug guts all over my front end and windshield. Always leave with soap along the top sides and back end. You can get your car cleaner if you do it yourself. Photos were taken as soon as I got home (about 2 miles away).

Edited to add - did not notice the lack of cleanliness until I got home. I didn't expect my car to not be clean after paying for a $20 car wash, hence why concerns were not raised on site.

Best wash in town. Bring my truck in every morning with the amazing membership deal they offer. Would recommend

Love the membership feature they offer. I also appreciate that it’s rarely broken down…which seems to happen more often at car washes.

Someone bonds onto my car while washing and all they could say was it your fault she scratch my car badly but cos I was Africa American dealing with an American she was right

I would not recommend this location/car wash. Went through the Tommy's Car Wash and came out with bug splatter still on windshield, not to mention there is no prewash by an employee so your wheel wells and back of mud flaps will not be cleaned either. I tried the Works wash (most expensive one) before buying a monthly plan. Good thing I did as we won't be using this car wash again. One positive is their employees are very friendly and knowledgeable.

This wash never cleans my trunk of my car. Even when purchasing the expensive wash. It’s really annoying that I go to a car wash and it doesn’t clean it thoroughly.

My mirror was broken going through the car wash. I told them and, they denied my claim to fix it!

I paid for the best wash they offered and it barely cleaned my car. I still have dust on my back hatch and dirt on my fender wells. For the price I paid I could of done it my self and had a cleaner car. I only drive on pavement but have a gravel parking lot at work so I would hope with $21 that I could of atleast had a clean car. Do not recommend. If the person who looks at this would like more information he can email me but I don’t think I will ever go back considering this was an experiment to see how good of a job they would do. Not impressed and feel like I wasted money
