4The hairdresser that did my hair was amazing never had a problem booking appointments with her I asked the price for everything an eyebrow wax a color and a cut she explained everything and said that it was going to be 129 all together afterwards, I went to go pay and my card that I had been using my was boyfriends and they had thought I stole it and using someone random persons card and asked me unnecessary questions. So went to a atm to then pull out the money they were hesitant about giving me my card back so that I could go pull money out to pay them they were very unprofessional about it and refused to let me leave and so I had to leave my sister at the hair salon so that they wouldn’t think that we would just leave without paying when I got back they raise the price to 150 and that is not what the hairdresser said it would be she even wet and double checked to see what the actual prices were to be. I really like the hairdresser that I was booked with was amazing I would still go to tonic just because of the hairdresser but the customer service was unacceptable.
Came in for a haircut and my hair dresser (Katelyn) did an amazing job! She put so much love into my hair and is such a sweet person. I still LOVE IT as much as when I first got it. Thank you for caring and listening about what I wanted. Thank you for taking your time:)
I made an appointment with tonic about getting a hair color change. They sat up an appointment and I came in and then they told me they didn’t have enough time and someone scheduled it wrong. Then I scheduled another appointment 2 weeks out. The day before my appt she personally texted me about my colors. We got it all set and ready to go for the next day. So the next day came around I get a call from tonic not her saying she had a doctors appt she can’t miss. I’m confused of why would she set this whole thing up and oh by the way have have a doctors appt? Shouldn’t she have known that?
