The spa treatment was good but I felt a little rough and hurried. It would be better if the attention was on the guest at hand.

Even though it was busy, everyone was attentive. I never felt rushed but did feel comfortable during my pedicure. I would recommend visiting for pedicure or manicure.

I have been wanting to have a really awesome set of nails for years and I've tried everything.
The dip nails done at top salon are over-the-top gorgeous and I am receiving compliments non-stop. I will be staying with them forever. Highly recommend!

This is not the greatest place they need to learn to speak English to their customers they need to talk to their customers the person I had talked on her phone the whole time she was doing my nails it's not the cleanest place they really need to do something with their cleaning

I’ve heard good things about her from my friend but my experience is not the best. The man who did my nails was very impatient with me. I took awhile to look for a color because they have so many (which is good in my mind but they need to understand that it may take someone longer if they have a larger variety) l felt as if he was being very rude. I usually go to fashion nails which does a wonderful job. They are much friendlier there plus they do better work. I have a few nails that aren’t straight or look anything like my other nails. Their prices are much higher than most of the nail salons here too. Save your money and get a better experience going somewhere else. I don’t doubt that other workers here do better work but my experience was less than what I’d ever expect. I won’t come back here again.

Poor customer service, should have learned from the last time, 3pm appointment, sat in cold water for 30 min, got up and left, low scale garbage treatment, what was I thinking

If i could give this place zero stars are i would! Over priced and the man doing my nails cut me TWICE he rushed and my nails are limp sided and thick do NOT recommend only came here because fashion nails was booked.

I gave it 5 stars because my pedixure qith Sophie was the best. Just amazing and relaxing and my daughters nails were excellent with Tyra. She does an incredible job and fast too. I also got a manicure with sophie which i loved only thing hand massage needs to be longer

I love this place they make my nails really pretty I love how they painted and they have good service that's what everyone's always looking for.

I give Top Nails a 1 star because I went to get my nails done not that long ago and not even a week into having them one of them broke in half. Some of them were thick and some of them were thin. She did not put on the acrylic on right. They messed up two of them up and she re did them. I asked for coffin shaped nails and some of them looked squared and oval. The staff was nice overall just the job wasn't.

After I spent $48 on my nails My nails were too thick And not the right shape I wanted and some of my nails are longer then the other ones!

They have really nice workers and they are great. They did not ask me what style or any thing. She just did what wanted but they still look good

Sophia applied my dip Nails. I'm not crazy about the grinder they use and she recognized that. She did use it ever-so-slightly. My nails look awesome! If you make an appointment here ask for Sophia!

I travel for work, not only in the state of Iowa but also around the country. When desperate, I get nails done at a local spot and have yet to find one better than Top Nails in Marshalltown. Tyra and the rest of the staff always do a fantastic job. They fix the problems caused from my travels and am unhappy with the job some other nail tech did. Always professional, clean, and reasonably priced. They recently gave their store a “facelift”, so if you haven’t been in lately check them out!

Prompt friendly service. Did a great job fixing a broken toenail. My toenails look wonderful and ready for sandal season.

Awful. Got cut and they messed up my freshly painted nails and tried to cover it up with clear coat. Unprofessional.

One of the staff members referred to a friend with me as “the big girl, ” very loudly in front of the very busy salon. Lost my respect.
