Polish used for pedicure wouldn’t dry after 30 min. Owner told me to wear paper shoes home (it was 27 degrees out and snow) and they would dry. Two hrs later the polish was still sticky. Went back in four days later and owner said his regular polish doesn’t dry. Owner’s wife did repaint my toes and told me to wait 15 min to let them dry. After 20 min the owner’s wife tested them and said they were dry. She told me I could put shoes on. When I got home the polish was a mess. Again the polish did not dry. Extremely poor service and the quality of their products are poor. Would never recommend them.

Claudia does an amazing job! Highly recommend! I drive 2 hours one way for her. Very thorough. Nails don’t break or lift.

This is a horrible business the owner Andy is horrible he does a bad job he doesn't stand behind his work he doesn't take his appointments on time he makes people wait for 2 hours past their appointment time and takes walkins ahead of them

RACIST! When confronted for their racism they refused to listen and threatened to call the cops. Everyone involved was respectful except the employees. Everyone in the (full) store left except two people. I left in the middle of my appointment because I witnessed serious racism on a group of black people I didn't even know.

They let my daughter and I stand around in the lobby for 10 minutes while taking phone calls for other appointments. Only then to tell me to come back in an hour. I have had my nails done here before. This was rude.

Eyebrows are hideous. They have no shape wat so ever. No arch. They both are uneven. I never have been disappointed in my eyebrows. There is no fixing this. Thanks a lot I don’t think she had a clue wat she was doing.

I do not suggest this nail salon. They were super racist. They helped white people before helping black people even though the black people were there first. When they were confronted about it the guy said we could leave of we didn't like the service. The guy was incredibly rude even though he was the one in the wrong.

Great first experience at this salon. We had to wait a little once we arrived, but we got the same time and attention as those before us. Salon is clean, well maintained, with friendly staff. We will be back.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I was around when a racist situation happened. Not going into a lot of detail, but the man said he was going to call the cops and was very rude. Everyone in the full store walked out in the middle of appointments because of it. (Excluding 3 people) terrible service terrible experience. People cried, things escalated and they lost some customers forever. We did go to a place called Posh nails really close (by pancheros) and they are absolutely amazing.
Side note the quality of the nails they do aren't great either.
Do not waste your money here. They seem nice at first but are very racist.

I haven’t had my nails done in a year. One nail was torn down to the quick. He did an amazing job! I’d never had dipped before and I love them! I can’t tell which nail was so damaged. He did an amazing job. They’re my new nail salon!

I haven’t been picking at my toenails they keep falling off they are shellac and they are not every good it has been a week but the first day two of them came off i don’t recommend this place.

My mom and i called 2 hours before our appointment for mani pedis and we got in and were sitting soaking our feet for 45 minutes and were not even looked at or helped the whole 45 minutes.kept being told it would be only a few more minutes many times.my moms dipped nails were wrapped for 45 minutes.we said we were leaving if we were not going to be seen soon and owner said okay that’s fine goodbye.didn’t help my mom get her foil / rest of the polish off and kept making excuses for why we weren’t being seen.very unprofessional and left my moms nails looking terrible.owner was rude and not willing to help.this is the second time we have been waiting a very long time without being seen.never going back.

I had taken my granddaughter in so we could both get pedicures. After being told that we were going to need to wait for 15 min (which was absolutely fine) we sat at the massage chairs with our feet in the water and I had a young lady start on my pedicure, no one for my granddaughter yet as her water chilled. I asked The young lady 4 times to please trim my nails shorter as she smiled and kept proceeding I realized she didn’t understand me. I asked her if I could speak to the manager and she again smiled not understanding. She finally caught on after a couple more attempts and the gentleman came out of the office. I explained our experience and with no emotion he said oh, I offered to pay for what little she had done and told him we were leaving, I didn’t have to pay. When walked out the manager sat on the sofa on his phone, no sorry no thank you no nothing. Although I do feel bad for the 4 nail techs that were working including the one we had, that was a horrible experience and we will never be back. We have noticed a decline in staff, customers and service for a while and this was the final trip. Horrible

Absolutely great. They stayed late past close for my friend and I. Absolutely recommend, it was a great experience. I got acrylic french tips and the quality was amazing. They weren’t too thick or thin and were exactly what I was expecting. The staff was all so friendly and kind to us. Will definitely be coming back! A hidden local gem.

I have been a loyal customer here for over a year. The quality of work seems to very by staff member, and in most cases, I have been happy with my nails. Today, it was clear that bad powder was used because there were dark speckles/splotches within the powder that I was not able to see until I saw the finished product. I brought this to the attention of the staff who brought the owner over. He compared the color to the color swatch and the original clearly did not include any speckles/splotches in it. The difference was rationalized and I was told it wouldn't be noticeable to the naked eye which it is. I was told that they could not control how the powder comes from the manufacturer and the option I was given for reconciliation was to put shellac over it. All of this after I was told it would be a 10 minute wait and it ended up being over 45 minutes, the nails were crooked and there was excessive color around my cuticles, all which I was willing to overlook. I was shocked by the quality of customer service.

Very relaxing they are helpful to with what I should do to keep up with my pedicures at home in-between visits
