My fingers are in pain! I visit this Solon Saturday 1/7/23. I paid $70 plus tax it was 95 dollars to get my nails done! This is what I got! My fingers are in pain and they look horrible! I will attached a copy of what i asked for and what I got! Im very disappointed! If you cannot do the style say so but don’t destroy ppls fingers! My cuticles are on fire and ripped to pieces! Not trying to be disrespectful but it’s hurts! I will need a refund this is not $70 service! Will need to go see the doctor because they hurt really bad!

Hey Jordan, why are you telling a lied about your nails? You want a long coffin shape nail with an oval french tip. YOU ARE THE ONE WHO PICKED THE COLOR. I NEVER TOLD YOU OR MENTION ANYTHING THAT I CANNOT DO THE NAILS THAT YOU WANT FROM YOUR PICTURE and AT THE END YOU WANT TO ADD MORE JEWRY ON YOUR NAILS AND I SAID: IT WOULD COST YOU A LOT OF MONEY FOR RHINES STONE THEN YOU SAID JUST DO STONE FOR 2 RING FINGERS. BY THE WAY, YOUR NAILS COST $65 INSTEAD $70 THAT YOU'RE EXAGGERATED. JUST POST THE PICTURE OF YOUR NAILS UP SO EVERY BODY HERE CAN TELL THAT HOW MUCH YOUR NAILS WOULD BE COST. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND FIND OUT HOW MUCH YOUR NAILS WOULD COST. DON'T BE SALTY BECAUSE WHO'S EVER PAYING FOR YOUR NAILS COMPLAINED IT COST TOO MUCH AND WANTED MONEY BACK AND IF WE DONOT REFUND THEN YA'LL GONNA GIVE US A BAD REVIEW. I will never go back they burned my finger and made my friend bleed twice while getting hers done. They were arguing the whole time all together was not a good experience. My friend wrote a review about her nails because they were not what see asked for and they never told her that they would cost extra I didn't see the prices anywhere in the place and I was looking the whole time i was there. I was half tempted to get out of my chair and leave when they were arguing because the lady wasn't paying any attention to my nails and they fell off when I was doing dishes at work the next day I have never had this problem anywhere else the only reason me and my friend went there was because our normal place was closed. I have terrible cuticles and hang nails and my nails hurt so much now.

My husband and I went to enjoy a date together. We called ahead and made appointment for noon. We showed up and I was started right away. My husband waited 50 minutes totally ignored while she continued to start multiple other people who came in after us. The person doing my pedicure was very rude and didn't understand anything I said or do the service I requested.

Last time I was there I asked for short and round nails and did not get them. I also let them pick the color due to I am trying to get out of my comfort zone. I do not let them go too crazy with the color tho. Do not get me wrong, I am happy with the colors but was not happy with my nails at all.

Even though I came without an appointment they took care of me like in 5-10 minutes. The lady who did my nails did them very quick the nail polish

Lovely palace. The staff is always nice and polite. The shop is always clean. Should be coming
