Travelodge by Wyndham Missouri Valley

What an amazing Hotel met with the owner Penny who was real nice.had to check in next door at a diner called Penny's and wow its one of those old style Diners with the Booths, and the juke box playing in the background, it even got me humming Grease songs from the Movie.
Oh did i mention the Food, because you cannot miss eating in this place Really good Food for breakfast and Dinner.
Loved every minute of our stay, Many Many Thanks x

The hotel was clean and very nice but the lady that checked us in was a total total rude individual

Very poor quality, would not recommend. Missing entire doorknob going to parking lot. Continental breakfast consisted of 2 types cereal, muffin, milk and coffee. No hot water in the room. The 1 star is because the coffee was hot.

This is the cleanest most immaculate place I have EVER stayed! I checked under the bed due to my dog loving to eat things off the ground. I checked behind the chair and wow so clean!

We got a confirmation number and email, but were told it wouldn't be honored because they had been booked up with a bunch of railroad guys for weeks. Literally was told "I don't know how the hell you got a reservation. I already told you we won't honor that. We don't have any rooms. " I can't believe how rudely we were treated, and when coming in for a memorial service!

Corporate got in touch with the manager who called and offered me a room. We had a pleasant stay. No frills (e.g, no conditioner or lotion provided) but overall felt clean and comfortable. The other staff were mildly friendly, but with check-in at the diner nextdoor they weren't able to go too far into the realm of accommodating (like explaining feautures such as the exercise room).

Might stay again if I head that way, but they need to disable online scheduling so they don't offer rooms they don't want to be booked by the general public.

This one of the best places to stay! Due to an unfortunate circumstances in our travels we had to stay in Travelodge in Missouri Valley, Iowa for a few weeks. The rooms are VERY clean. Christina the manager and her staff are awesome! We truly felt like family while there! We absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE PENNYS DINER! Check In is at the diner so your waitress could be your check in person too ha. The food is unbelievable GOOD! I’m just getting to doing all my reviews and we recommend this place 100%. Also, they allow fur babies! Thanks y’all!

Very nice room had to check in with Penny's Diner FYI because it took me a moment to figure that out but everyone was very nice.

I was traveling west to east and stop over night to stay. Very clean rooms. Super friendly staff. Both at the hotel and at penny’s diner. The diner has very good food. Definitely will be my go to place to stop again.

Was really excited to stay here after 20 hours on the road, left with bed bug bites. Called to let the hotel know but they didn’t seem to care. We aren’t picky, we will sleep anywhere happily but bugs are a big deal.

Nice place that is always clean but the people that are at the front desk are some of the most rude people you will ever come across. It's bad enough that I use my app for the motel to limit my exposure to those people. Would be 4 or 5 stars if they just had just ok people at the desk.

Clean, one chair to sit in, a/c very adequate; equipped.for handicapped. Registration at friendly, and good food diner across the parking lot. Food is good.

The room was decent enough. Clean. But everything was wet from the humidity. The bedding was moist. The carpet was moist. I was absolutely miserable. Granted, we were there in the middle of June, so it was hot and humid outside, but still. I will not be staying here again.
