4Exceptionally good service. They hadn't finished the renovation when we were there, it will probably be fine
It was awful.dirty.smoky.no amenities. No linens for pull out couch. Had very hard time fi ding any help.than later found staff outside smoking
right in front of door.way to expensive for this kind of hotel
In really bad shape, curtains not completely on the rods, base boards were off, smelled musty. They wanted more for a room than the really nice motel a few miles further. The front desk person was very nice said they were just starting to fix it up.
We knew this as "Cozy Inn"
1) Bell by "Ring bell for service" wasn't there.
2) Room lock didn't work. We had to have a manager let us in.
3) Internet didn't work.
4) Four post bed required stairs to get in.
5) One lamp had knob broken.
6) Something in the room sparked allergies.
We stayed. We got our rest. But we were glad it was only one night. Why 2 stars instead of one? Because we've actually stayed in worse.
