Thank you for your compassion during our difficult time, you have no idea what the card you sent with Kody's paw print meant to us! We were referred by friends & we will be coming to you for all our veterinary needs

Very grateful for Tri County's services whether it be kenneling or veterinary care. They gave detailed care and information when my dog had an issue and her tail is always wagging when she goes there to get kenneled

Very helpful, explained everything as they did their examination of my dogs. Very courteous and respectful to the pets and owners. Have never had an issue taking my pets here.

Did a great job on our Springer Spaniel. Took quite a while to complete and bath and grooming.

Our dog had a mouth wound that was bleeding profusely even after applying pressure and trying to get it to clot and slow down. Being 10 pm and after all vet office hours, we searched for the nearest emergency vet and unfortunately this was the only place within 30 miles that had an actual vet with an emergency contact listed and not a referral system. With the pace of the bleeding we frantically called to find help for our dog. Dr. Yoder reluctantly agreed to met us at the office after being incredibly in compassionate and making sure we know he is doing us a favor with his sharp snarky remarks and questions. We called one of the emergency referral services in route and they, unlike Dr. Yoder gave us a way to stop his bleeding. Luckily we were able to get it to stop and did not have to meet up with what was going to be our only option, which after how he talked to me I would not trust him with my animal’s well-being. I called him back after we were sure the bleeding had stopped to let him know that we would not need his services. Instead of being happy our dog was okay, he made a snarky comment about how he will just go home and not to contact the vet office again because this does not sit well with him. Don’t worry Dr Yoder, it would be our pleasure never to speak with you again.

They gave us what our puppy needed. However, vet was rude from the start then slowly got nicer towards the end. Made rude assumptions about our dog within first seconds of meeting him. Also he was very uneasy with dog for being a vet. I understand our dog was scared and growling but I figured the vet would be more understanding and not so uneasy about it.

The veterinarian assistants were very kind.

Unfortunately, The Veterinarian was negligent of his duties regarding safety procedures and the pre screening process for my dog prior to surgery. The Vet communicated as though he was a malicious prison inmate.

The atmosphere was tense and the Vet was very rude to the vet assistant that helped my dog.

I asked for a show style crop and this is what they did. Doc keeps saying he cut his ears the same length when clearly thts not case smh you'd think customer paying $400+ to do this they would be careful and get it right especially since its a look tht my pup will be stuck with for ever

Very compassionate. We actually tried to go to Knoxville Veterinary and they said they were booked. Glad we found a new vet.

Took my dog Marley there for his Rabies, distemper & Bortella shots! I scheduled an appointment. The nice lady over the phone didn't know if she could get me in before Friday but got me scheduled on Wednesday! She squeezed me in quickly! The doctor was so kind and nice with his assistant, I would recommend bringing both my dogs here from now on it was a quick, easy and inexpensive process I know Marley was a bit hard to handle but the doctor did such a great job and was very understanding and even clipped Marleys toe nails!
Thanks guys so much!

The Dr and his team were great! They were friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. We took our pup in for an ear crop after seeing many recommendations in the local Bully community and we were not disappointed!

We took our pup Kilo here for his ear crop due to an outstanding recommendation we had gotten from a close friend. When my fiancé showed up for Kilos appointment he was told there was a mix up in the scheduling and he wasn’t on their schedule. After recognizing this issue, Dr. Yoder came out, personally talked to my fiancé, and assured him he would get Kilo in that same day. He took him in right away and was done within the time frame (even got done a few hours before) we were given on the phone when scheduling the appointment. His ears turn out PHENOMENAL. I have since posted a picture of his ears on a Doberman page and have received an enormous amount of people commenting to compliment Kilos crop! HIGHLY recommend TriCounty and Dr. Yoder. Excellent customer service and results.
