The best smoothies in Ankeny! I haven’t had one I don’t like yet. Prices are reasonable also.

It is different than other Tropical Smoothie Cafes I have visited. Different layout which is interesting. Have the same atmosphere feeling as other locations though. Any smoothies that are on the menu are great. You cannot pick wrong with those smoothies. Food is good, but I do feel like they are a little over priced for the amount they do give you.
My personal go to smoothies are Triple Berry oat, or the Acai Berry Boost, Sun rise sun set also tastes amazing as well.

I absolutely love the smoothies from here! I would also like to say that I have never been greeted by a Grumpy employee. They are always so smiley and kind! It's the kind of place that has a feel good vibe to it!

Great food at a reasonable price. Smoothies were great size for the cost. Wraps and grilled cheese sandwiches were delicious as well.

I always get my smoothies here but unfortunately the last few times I have they taste watered down compared to in the past. I called in and they were nice but didn't offer anything besides thanking me for the feedback.
It is fine and will give it another try next time cause I don't like being that person but if I do get one for over 5 bucks I want it to taste good.

Apparently I love this place. Always quick, tastes fresh. Always decently healthy although sometimes I question how much sugar it has. I did realize I could get my smoothie without sugar and I just added a little banana to sweeten it up. I'll also add that they have a decently rich rewards program. All in all, it continues to be exactly what it is - a smoothie place with eatable food that I can set my watch to.

I discovered this place last year down in Georgia and never really thought much about it.

Second time stopping here on my way back to Minnesota and never disappoints. Clean and fast service + good vegan options.

A little change from getting Starbucks or Caribou + the amount of smoothie you get is plenty.

I've tried every smoothie place in town and I make homemade ones every day, and these are the best. I just can't do it like them Even when I cheat and look up the recipe.

What's underrated is their food, this is fresh and delicious, that is perfect for a lunch meal if you don't wanna weigh yourself down too much.

I've gone here for years, this is one of my happy places. Super sweet people too.

We moved from West Des Moines where Tropical Smootie was our favorite spot to Ankeny where there's a clear difference in quality.

The lettuce looked like it should have been thrown, and there was basically no sauce in 2 different wraps and 2 different sides.

There was a bit of a lunch rush and I do love their ingredients so I'm not giving them a 1 star, but I've given the WDM location a 5 star in the past because I think so highly of it.

We plan on coming back near dinner time to see if this was a lunch rush issue, but that shouldn't be an excuse for quality or consistency.

Our favorite in Ankeny. Great pricing on wrap and smoothie combo. My whole family loves it.

This place has quickly become a favorite for a fast food option. I have not found anything on the menu that I am not a fan of. I will happily stop here instead of the standard burger fast food place.
