The people are very knowledgeable and kind. I am feeling so much better in the short time I have been going there. Highly recommend this place to anyone suffering from any type of pain. Doctor's listen to what you are saying. I have had many improvements to what I started out with my back, acid reflux and much more. Most of the time I feel better than I have in years. Thank you all at True Roots Chiropractic. You are the very best. Best place, most knowledgeable people, great place to be acknowledged.

I started seeing the team at True Roots in the middle of my second trimester as I was starting to experience some pretty excruciating lower back pain and tightness. Within a few weeks, my pain had gone down significantly and now, nearing the end of my third trimester, I can honestly say it has been one of the best decisions I made for my body, my baby and my future birth! So thankful for TRC

Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable and great! My whole family goes and my kids love it there as well.

I’m so thankful for the care my son has received from Dr. Sam and Dr. Paige. We came in needing help with digestion and after only a month of care have reaped the rewards with improved digestion, less toddler meltdowns, easier nap times, better night time sleep, and overall just a happier kid.

I don't have a review of their services but I do have something to say about their intake process and how it can be seen as a disregard to privacy and a waste of time of the patience affected.

Their online paperwork asks for a lot of confidential information of which I was happy to provide. It took me awhile since they wanted scanned documents of my driver's license, insurance card, surveys, and tons of legal documents to sign.

Iowa total care and medicaid WERE LISTED as selectable choices. I selected Iowa Total Care.

The time invested was almost 2 1/2 hours.

A few hours passed and then I received a call from the clinic. They stated True Roots Chiropractic does not participate in the government Medicaid program.

I'm okay with non-participation with government programs, but at least state that on the forms before wasting my time and submitting all my private information.

Please respect others time and personal information by communicating your insurance limitations up front.

Medicaid / Iowa Total Care has many members. I wonder how many others have fallen into the same situation. Collecting detailed personal information before disqualifies should be illegal.

An easy fix but not considerate enough to implement.

Dr. Branden and his team are friendly and knowledgeable. I have seen many chiropractors over the years, and he is by far the BEST!

Didn’t know how much I needed this until I came. If you are wondering whether this place is for you or not……. It’s the place for you. Come in and they WILL take care of you.

My son & I have been going there for several months now and we’ve had an overall very positive experience. Staff is very friendly. Very quick and efficient with adjustments. Plus the best part, we are feeling a lot better! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for care!:)

True Roots Chiropractic always goes above and beyond. Every time I walk in, I am greeted by friendly faces. When getting adjusted the doctors explain what they are doing and how it will help me. I love how flexible they are when it comes to scheduling appointments.

I started going to True Roots at 25 weeks in my pregnancy because I was so incredibly uncomfortable. Dr. Jim has been a life saver when it comes to adjusting my ribs and he’s really helped me go about my days more comfortably. I’ve seen both Dr Paige and Dr Sam a couple of times as well and they are also really great! I would highly recommend this practice to anyone, especially when pregnant! As pregnant women, we hear that it’s normal to hurt all the time but you don’t have to live that way. The Drs here are great and they can 100% help you feel more comfortable!
