The staff at TLC are outstanding. You are immediately greeted by kind people upfront. The ladies upfront not only greet you with a smile, but they remember your name, I think that is such a great personal touch, it makes me feel like more than just a patient. When I went to schedule and appointment, I was pleasantly surprised to see a photo of each provider with a description of areas they specialize in. This is a great touch and makes the selection process even easier. I am so thankful for the services provided by TLC. During my initial visit with Jillian I was respected, not pitied, and she gave me her undivided attention. At the end of the session Jillian asked if I felt we would be a good fit and assured me if I did not think we would be she would not be offended and would help me pick the right person for me. She also asked what she could do during future sessions to ensure my comfort and best support my needs. Jillian is phenomenal and I am so thankful for her.

Valerie Tichy is a horrible therapist that condones domestic abuse against parents. Very sick individual that should not be in a therapist position. Turning leaf should fire her and the board take away any license to practice. Domestic abuse is not to be taken likely.

Debra is great, her schedule is super full and difficult to get in a times but she is a great listener and offers advice that has proven helpful. Therapy isn't some taboo thing we dont talk about anymore your mental health is worth it talk! Even if it's just someone to vent to once in a while and let some of that stuff out. Debra and her colleagues are amazing listeners!

I have been going to Turning Leaf for the past 6 years. They have always answered my calls, returned calls, got me in if there was an opening, scheduled me ahead of time, notified me if I needed to reschedule, etc.the receptionist has been the same person since I began going there and they are great at their job. Staff is very friendly, center is very clean & safe, etc. I highly recommend Turning Leaf Counseling and I always will. The current reviews don’t accurately describe TLC.

We never even got to an actual appointment. We misread the location where we were supposed to be and tried calling the number we were given only to be hung up on because the person couldn’t hear us. We called back only to get hung up on AGAIN. We then called them an hour later and they said we could schedule an appointment in our town in FEBRUARY. This only happened last week and we had already waited a month.

Do NOT recommend. In couple counseling, did not engage in real communication, wasted effort and money. Counselors working for him would be better in a different environment.

Turning Leaf does a great job in the community! They even go out to area schools to provide counseling services for children!

Do not recommend 2 months for an appointment because you have Medicare or Medicaid not right
