Van Wyk Inc is discriminating against older black drivers. When you do business with a company like them your company help them to continue to be prejudice against older black drivers.

Toxic and unhealthy workplace lots of drug activity they also partner with all care health center and I would recommend using that company as a last resort for employment and medical care. There’s a clear lack of ethics, a lot of talking about diversity but a lack of any meaningful action. There’s ALOT of gossiping within management. A very high turnover rate and lack of any real inclusion For anyone with darker skin. Management tends to consistently only promote white women. They also have questionable practices like partnering with local companies like Tyson to “treat” their employees so that they don’t go to other doctors. This is questionable since most packing companies are known to put productivity above safety and Tyson has been sued for this numerous times and since Tyson is paying the doctor’s you can guess how often patient complaints are ignored. I’ve also reported nursing assistants for taking pictures of disabled patients in exam rooms and posting them on their personal Facebook accounts so the privacy of tossing team never should be a concern

They failed to secure the parking lots. My mom catalytic convert was stolen last night and many others catalytic convert was stolen too. They should upgrade their security system and cover for their hard working employees new catalytic converter.

The only bad thing, hence 2 stars, was the rude, bitter, old ugly lady at the guard shack! If you don’t like your job, or the hours, don’t work for, and become the “face” of Tyson… makes it a bad experience for someone that’s never been to this facility. I still wished her a good day, to which she just grunted…oink oink!
