Guard gives you a door. Tighter back in then it looks, day cabbers stay connect to their trailers giving you less room to back up. They won't help you back up they just sit in their truck like Duhs. Your trailer is going to go crooked so be prepared for at least 2 pull ups. Once the nightmare of backing is done. I was refer walk to receiving between door 4-5 check in at first window then walk to second window to check in with lumper service. Started unloading me pretty much right after I checked in. Had a partial load so unloaded fast. Expect a lot of trucks there when you get there at doors and pulling up behind you. Appears everyone has 0500 and 0600 appts.

My appointment was at 1 am. I was checked in by 00: 45 and out the gate by 2 am Every one was polite and quite efficient

First time being here:
App 06: 00 AM (frozen) partial load (5 pallets), arrived at gate (security) 05: 15AM, give me a door after he check my bol, don’t open the door until you do the check in at the office (they will call you to open it when they need it). Portable toilet I see trucks parcked on street that means you can. Everything lasted 3 hours and 35 min…that it!

3/10/23 @ 0330hrs for 0400 appointment. Security guard was rude AF. Belittled me because I pulled up on the right in front of the gate and not the left. Having never been here how was I supposed to know? If he hates truckers or his job so much he's in the wtong industry. Do better UNFI. 4 stars because the office staff was friendly and docks were easy enough to back into.

App 3 am
They told me 500$ if I want to be unloaded. Load is paid 600 $ there is no chance to pay upfront. Still waiting for broker's call. 8 15 am

Appointment was 2 am got there at 1 got a door right away unloaded in less than an hour bills in hand at 2: 30 plenty of room for backing and everyone from the receiving to the guard shack was very nice

Stay away from this place. They try to charge late fee even though you arrive a half hour before your appointment. Also this place is filthy dirty and they are dealing with the food.organic food.

My experience was awesome, I’m at 4: 45 for 5 am app out 5;45 am and not only me in 10 min they relies at least 7 trucks and security guy is friendly so you don’t have step jot of your truck he will do everything for you. Check in office people are friendly and quick. Just good thoughts

Delivered here literally worst weather day possible. Negative temps, snow and windchill. These guys were still efficient and doing their jobs. Impressive

Didn't have me open my doors till they were ready for me. Decent friendly people facility.

Got there before appointment 1am. Left by 1: 37 am. Make sure you pull up to the stop sign by guard shack on left and stay in your truck. Guard gives you door number. Take papers to receiving office. They call you for lumper and when you are done. First entrance you come to should have a small sign that says truck entrance. There are two other driveways that say no trucks or exit only. Do not go in the exit only. I have a feeling that some of the bad reviews came from people that went in the wrong way. They will make you leave and come in the correct entrance if you come in wrong. And possibly wait in the road. FYI

Appt 2am came 12am told they are behind come back at 1am. Came back at 1am told to come back at 130am came back and told to come back at 3am came back told this load has a reschedule fee of $505 and i cant get a dock unless paid. Cant reach broker at this hour. The company has to front the money and hope the broker pay it back. Also they are running a scam. Rescheduling without telling anyone then charging a huge Rescheduling fee

I had only 5 pallets (partial load) but in and out in 40 min! Nothing to complain about!
Street parking only! Overall very good experience!

There is Portable toilet beside receiving door Nice and clean. My application is 6am and I'm parked on the street. Hopefully, delivery would be fast

They took 5 hrs to unload frozen. Appointment at 0100 And than when I got a detention slip they tried being sneaky and putting down my eligible for departure as 0300 when in reality it was 0600. They tried making it look like they unloaded me on time and it was my fault I was there for so long. 0 stars for trying to be dishonest and sneaky.

There is no overnight parking. I can't speak to dry or cooler loads. I have a freezer load with a 0900 appointment. I arrived at 0830 and was put to the staging area to check in. I checked in and was told I would recieve a call with a door assignment. I am 3 hours and 20 minutes past my appointment still waiting on a door. The recieving office told me they have no estimate for a door. This company is holding my truck hostage! This is a teamsters run facility and they are making Wal-Mart look fantastic! Do not deliver here if you are delivering frozen. Unless you want supervalue to use your equipment as their warehouse for free.
