3Great at window but impossible to phone into. I couldn't do the phone survey because the taped message wouldn't stop. It turned out that was the U. S. Postal service recording and you just have to get ahold of the local numbers somehow.
I’ve been on hold for an hour and 19 minutes trying to figure out where my package is, they said it was delivered but it’s nowhere to be found.
Kathy was wonderful. When we showed up at 20 minutes before closing, she stuck it out with us with our 8 packages to be mailed, some international, till almost 5pm (30 minutes past closing)! She and another employee worked with us with warm smiles and reassured us it was totally okay. Meanwhile, the Post Master stood by with a scowl and no reassurance whatsoever. Obviously he wasn’t concerned about customer care today. Thanks ladies!
