The front desk staff were so rude to myself and an older lady next to me. The worker said to the older lady, “I said we were out, that was the first thing I told you”. She was actually wrong, they were not out. She never once apologized to her or made it right! I don’t know why these two ladies think they can speak to people the way they do, but it’s not ok! USPS should be taking care of this!

I asked if I could pay to stop receiving advertising in the mail, ever since then they have refused to deliver my mail and ONLY put advertisements in my box, so now all I receive is advertisement and my actual mail gets returned to sender. I cant receive my credit card or medical documents, I cant get a medically needed surgery because they are refusing to deliver my letter from physical therapy.

Got prestamped envelopes and sent out some mail. The lady at the counter was very sweet. A little busy at the end of the day but only waited in line about 5 minutes

One of the rudest experiences I have ever encountered in my life. FYI: They don't have the capability of printing shipping labels. Who ever heard of such a thing.

I’ve lived at this address for over 2 years and I still almost daily get other peoples mail. Sometimes the address is for an appointment and I live in a new housing development so not even close to the same address. Just recently I had to reschedule a delivery for certified mail I needed to sign for. I scheduled it and they never came. A couple days go buy and I find the certified mail in my mailbox with writing all over it as it was delivered to the wrong person before I got it. Due to the fact I never signed for it and it was given to the wrong person then just left in my mailbox is not okay. You pay for certified mail to ensure the right person receives it. I’ve attempted to talk to the staff about these issues and they are dismissive and just shrug you off blaming the mail delivery person.

I’ve been going here for years. Sometimes there is no one there waiting to receive service- so, yeah, employees go to the back to do the other 500 tasks they have. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful and always come right out with a “HELOOOOOO”. I think the uptight YT’s who live around here are just scared of the (mostly) black staff- who are always warm and kind to me- so they’ve been being overly critical in these reviews. They would’ve gotten the 5th star if I never had to call them out from the back- but again, I understand that their desk service isn’t their only tasks to perform, like MANY OF US WHO WORK FOR A LIVING.

Height of holiday shipping season and had the most positive experience. Employees were friendly and efficient!

Super friendly and helpful staff that took lots of effort in looking for a package Amazon handed off to the PO, because Amazon was to lazy to deliver, which bevlcame a hassle since we don't have a typical, recognizable address according to PO standards and all our local mail goes to a PO box in Altoona.

So even though this package wasn't found immediately, I left reasonably assured it would be found. And withit not being a time sensitive package, and not the PO's fault, I couldn't be more thankful for their help.

Flat out refuse to answer phone cause there tired of all the complaints about there horrible work flat out destroyed my packaged to force it in box destroying my signs just so they wouldnt haft to do the job there paid to do and just bring it inside or hell write a slip telling me to pick it up instead completely destroyed my package and everything in it crushing it down to fit in box. Rot in a sweat box with 12 dogs you worthless scumballs.

Needed to ship out some packages and been too busy to make it to my local Post Office on McKinley. Went here yesterday on my lunch break to ship out packages. No employees in the lobby, all counters were closed down. Was able to fit one package through a drop slot but the other package was too large. Rang the buzzer with no one coming to help though I could hear them all joking in the back about not answering. Now even worse the package I was able to drop off is still not updating and still not showing received by them. I fear the worse for my package considering what a problem child this location seems to be and will be contacting the postmaster general about the wonderful service.

Took a item and paid for it to be shipped threw it in the basket across the room.dont even deserve one star. Very rude lady

Bad service. They yell at you if you don’t have a label printed out which many other post offices will print them out for you. Double priced stamps. They constantly send mail to the wrong addresses. Save your time go to another post office. They drop your boxes and throw your non machinables.
