DO NOT go to Mason City Post Office for passport application on Saturdays for sure. I drove three hours to get a minor passport application processed. The Supervisor “claimed” she called me to give me notice, which was false. I had NO CALL, then there was NO CERK, when I scheduled over a week to come today. Then NO ONE can help. Absolutely ridiculous! I drove 3 hours, my ex/child drove an hour for nothing.
