Online and in person the time they say they open at 8am. Tell me why we tried to take my brother this morning; got there after 8oclock and the doors where locked? We knocked on the door for at least 3 minutes just for someone to come out and tell us they open at 9. Then you better fix your open to close hours because that's faults advertisement.

Every time I have been to this location, it has always disappointed me. BY FAR THE SLOWEST ER ANYWHERE. Been in the lobby 1 hr and nobody else here in the waiting room and nobody has came to get my 4yr son who needs stitches in his chin. Let's just sit here and bleed in the EMPTY waiting room. It's close to noon, must be lunch time

Front desk not very compassionate at all. They could definitely be more personable to sick people. They asked what my symptoms were and then made the decision to say they were too busy, meanwhile no one was waiting to be seen in the waiting room. I would have waited. I then went to Marion who is fully booked with 20 people waiting and still took me. I understand 2 urgent cares are closed but really the perception is they didn't want to do a rapid test. Marion front staff were much more caring as well.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. I was in and out in 20 minutes after reserving a spot online. Express indeed! Would highly recommend for busy parents that only need a quick visit!

How is it I found this delightful place on vacation. I was just in need of a physicians care and met the coolest CARE TEAM. If you are in the area and need to be seen quickly this place should be your go-to. Thank you for being an awesome urgent care. Wow that sounds weird to say. Urgent care can be COOL! There I said it. I'm not even from here but I felt at home.

I was there yesterday morning. Had a covid test done and was told I would get a call in 8-10 hours. I'm still waiting for the call.

Although it was fast service.it was maybe too fast. There was no physical exam, the PA said she was not able to write a referral to an orthopedic specialist for a grade 3 sprain with extensive swelling and bruising. We were told to seek care at our PCP.
Will not return to this clinic.

Hurt my wrist on a Sunday and needed xrays. They were done for the night with xrays but told me to come in and they would help me. Everyone was amazing, so kind and helpful! Luckily no break just a bad sprain. Highly recommend this place!

I arrived at 7: 55 on May 27th. Understanding they closed at 8pm. My 3 year old woke up screaming his ear was hurting. We had a 25 minute drive to get there. I walked in with my 3 year old, to be told they were “full” for the night and asked if I wanted to be seen tomorrow morning. I said no I would like him seen tonight, she said sorry they are full.

I walked out. This was 7: 56 l now. The nurse then locked the door.

A couple mins later I watched the doctor and nurses all walk out. So my 3 year old that is in pain was refused service because they wanted to get done right at 8.

I would not recommend going here. They entered my grandchild’s name wrong in their system and then sent the parents a bill. They called three times to have it corrected. Each time was told it was taken care of. Than received a letter from a collection agency! When they called again they said they could not correct the child’s name without a copy of the birth certificate! I work in medical billing and know you do not need a copy of a birth certificate to correct the name they entered wrong! To top it off it was a company called meduit that does their billing for them that requested it and said they always do this. So for an error they made here at this location and unity point said they corrected it, still sent them to collections! Will only go to mercy from now on. Never had any issues with them. Only went here because they were still open.

PA is horrific. I would not send my dog to be seen by her. I had a friend take their child there. She said everything was fine. The next day their child is still extremely ill. Took them to another walk-in clinic, a mercy walk-in clinic, and they said that they had an ongoing severe ear infection. This was an infant. I told their mother that I personally did not a very good experience for myself, and I would never advise anyone to go there. Someone seriously needs to look into her training and the care that she’s providing for patients. This is not acceptable at all. This is borderline malpractice. I’ve had various friends and family go there and had a horrible unacceptable experience as well. This is a continual issue. Let’s not even get into her bedside manner.

I wish there was a care facility that was closer. If you want to tell your symptoms and then have them completely ignored this is the place for you. Its very disrespectful when the provider "Dr" asks you if you have any questions when she is already walking out the door. Will never go back. Would give no stars if that was a option.

I did not feel like they cared at all about my symptoms and were very dismissive of me and my concerns. When I was trying to explain what was going on I was rudely interrupted so they could get on with taking my vitals and shoving me out the door. They really should listen to the patient when they're trying to explain what is wrong. Worst urgent care experience I've ever had. I will not be back here.

PA was rude, had no bedside manner. Brought daughter in after high fever for 5 days. Seemed annoyed that we advised my daughter just got over a double ear infection and a round of antibiotics and was seen at urgent care in the last couple of weeks.

I have come here 3 times and they are always under staffed and even if you make an appointment ahead of time it literally means nothing.

Horrible care from PA. Did not do thorough assessment. She was scared to treat what was obvious illness. This allowed illness to escalate to severe illness. Never going back.

Don't even waste your time here, everything is a "virus" no matter your symptoms. There is a pregnant provider also that cant get her hormones under control and on a power trip. Remember, you are just a number nowadays so they can get their insurance money grab.
