Nursing staff was very professional and wait time was minimal at 7 am. Like that they have the option of laying down for blood draws as this makes me a bit squeamish. Nurse who did my draw was very good and didn't even feel it for the most part.

I am an independent 18 year old, I do things by myself, and I can confidentially say I’ve never felt more anxious, uncomfortable and upset by any urgent care, doctors office, etc in my life. I felt because of my persona I was not taken seriously, my concerns were laughed at and Dr. Keith Allen should take an etiquette class.

They did a great job with the vaccine clinic. Very organized and efficient while still warm and caring.

At first my appointments with Dr Awah went well. Then I had a miscarriage and when I called and said I was experiencing hormone induced mood swings with suicidal ideation, just like I did last time I had a miscarriage, and that I needed to be seen and get my hormone levels checked out, she flat out refused care. She refused to see me. She said to go to the hospital or to a psychiatrist, neither of which would help because this was not a mental health issue it was a hormonal issue.

Very efficient visit. I have been sick for about two weeks and needed to get in over my lunch hour and the staff here was so friendly and quick to respond to my needs, I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Would highly recommend!
